 So, whats new with Seek-Within
Intuitive Art & Wellness?

Hello everyone, and thank you for journeying with me! There are some amazing things
happening within the next few months. Tai Chi is taking off and classes at Sunset
Beach in St. Catharines are growing fast. The last donation-based class had 11
students! Wow! I look forward to growing more, and meeting those who are not only
passionate about learning Tai Chi, but also seeking to enhance their physical, and
spiritual well-being.
Class schedule for Tai Chi & Qi Gong opening up at Optimal Wellness Niagara (OWN)
in September will be sent out near the end of August. There will be morning, evening
and a weekend options.
In my Upcoming Events section you will find details about my next class at Niagara
Falls Sunset Market. They are welcoming me back on Aug 29 to do another class. All
proceeds go to the Niagara Farm Project. I will also have a table there as well with
some of my product.

I am working on more Build Your Own Pyramid Workshop events for the weekday as
school begins soon. I will send out an email once they are scheduled. Right now, Sept
13th, 11:00-2:00p is a tentative date. Email me if you would like more details should this
day work for you.

Please note I will be on vacation, beginning August 14-20th.

I am currently updating my website to include a photo gallery of
all my available product. For now, you can follow me on

I will be at the Summer Mystic Bazaar this Saturday with product for my
Summer Blow-Out Sale. I am pushing out old inventory to make room for new
designs. Pyramids as low as $10, and nearly all of my crystal pendants are a

YOUR CREATIVE POWER

A particular train of thought persisted in, be it good or bad,

cannot fail to produce its results on the character and
circumstances. A man cannot directly choose his circumstances,
but he can choose his thoughts, and so indirectly, yet surely, shape
his circumstances. James Allen, As a Man Thinketh

One thing that stands out to me the most when I meet people
at my vending booth is their need to express that they are
not creative, or that they wish they can be artistic. This
was the biggest motivator for me to do Build Your Own
Pyramid Workshops to assist others in discovering their
creative thought. Truth is, in our own unique way, we are all
creative, and have the ability to create something beautiful;
in whatever form that might be. Not just in art, but in life.
I am sure many of you have heard the phrase we are
creators. In many ways, this is true. We are constantly
building our reality based on how we perceive ourselves, and
the world around us; our thought and intention play a key
role, as well as other subconscious factors (beliefs, comfort
zones, and values). What kind of world do you want to create
for yourself? What hobbieshave you considered, but have not
taken action? What limiting beliefs of Self must you bring to
awareness, and replace? Do you want to create something
beautiful with your life? Are you comparing your journey to
that of others? What are your thoughts telling you about
yourself? I feel before we can truly 'Know Thy Self', we must
ask these questions, among others, and see if there is a
reason we have not yet discovered how to embrace our
creative power.
Lets think back to when we were children... We understood
the concept of doing things that peak our interest and fulfills
our creative Self. We are born with the innate instinct to
discover, try new things, and do what stimulates the creative
mind, regardless of what anyone around might think. Not to
mention having no judgement of Self. However, it is apparent
that as time goes on, and we grow older, we tend to become
strongly influenced by our society, and expectations of our
peers, thus placing less focus on personal growth and more
so on being accepted by others based on social cues
In many ways, emerging and adapting to our society is a
natural phenomenon; it is part of being social creatures.
Personal and Spiritual growth happened when we detached
from the idea that we must all be the same and do what we
are told, or that we have to be socially accepted, and rather,
re-aligning, with passion, creativity we once knew as children,
and move in the direction of our calling.
Never would I have imagined many years ago that I would be
doing art, Reiki, or even Tai Chi. Once I entered this phase in
my life, there was resonance. It felt like it was home, and there
was no question about it. It took the trials of time to get there,
but when I arrived, it was well worth it. This feeling is
something we all can encounter, in many different forms.
Accessing our creative power, I feel, lies in the awareness that
your thought, and beliefs strongly influence each moment of
your life, and at some point, we must take accountability for
the direction we want to go. Sure, circumstances may arise,
good and bad, but we can always seek purpose. Or maybe we
must observe the situation. Whatever the case, once we
recognize our power in every given circumstance, we become
more powerFUL.
Discovering ones creative path is a personal journey. So, what
I want to make clear to you, dear reader, is that you must
overcome that which is challenging to grow, and observe. You
are creative, never say that you are not. Follow what calls to
you, remove the judgement, and then you will connect to your
own, unique creative ability.
About a year ago I wrote a poem in regard to this topic, and I
feel it can express my message appropriately.

Be still and sense the sweetness of the Soul.
Seek the power that drives you towards your passions.
The choice is always present, yet we impose upon ourselves the need to struggle.
Rather than working towards your goals, play towards them.
Turn every trial into an opportunity to grow stronger.
Perceive any twist in the road as a means to observe and measure...
Bless those who look at you in disbelief of your dreams,
For they are your motivators, not your enemies.
Or possibly, they are your projection, showing you your own lack of confidence
Mirrors, mirrors they are all around us, if you look deeper, you will see what they
reflect to you.
Potential and creative power is ours, and we must cultivate it.
Love, prosperity and happiness are ours, and we must be willing to receive them.
Dreams, desires and passions, we own them all already, but we must bring them into
physical manifestation.
All that you desire is yours; find the way in light and love; through tears and struggle.
Break down the barriers of fear and rise above it all.
Most importantly, never forget your power in any given circumstance.
