COMPLAINT

COMES NOW, the plaintiff together with the undersigned counsel to

this most honorable court, MOST RESPECTFULLY STATES THAT;

1. The Plaintiff is of legal age, single and a resident of #10

Sunflower Street, Brgy. Dasiy, Pototan, Iloilo. The Defendant is
of legal age, married and temporary residing at #13 Sunflower
Street, Brgy. Daisy, Pototan, Iloilo.

2. The Plaintiff and Defendant are neighbours in Sunflower Street,

Brgy. Daisy, Pototan, Iloilo.

3. On the night of February 15, 2015 the Complainant was walking

along the Coonut Street, a block away from Sunflower Street,
when the Complainant noticed that she is being followed.

4. The defendant was three houses away from her house when
the Defendant without any reason approached the Complainant
from behind angrily, held her arm tight, and dragged the
 Complainant to the Defendants house at #13 Sunflower Street,
Brgy. Daisy, Pototan, Iloilo.

5. The Defendant threatened the Plaintiff that he will kill her while
he was holding a sharp bolo knife.

6. The Complainant tried to ran away when the Defendant let her
arm go but then the Defendant struck her head with a hard
object and she fell unconcscious.

7. The Complainant woke up the next day with a head injury,

stripped of all of her clothes, and pains in her abdomen and
pelvic area.

8. The Defendant was nowhere in the house, then the

Complainant ran to her house.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of

this Honorable Court that judgement be rendered in favor of the
plaintiff and that after judgement;
a. The defendant shall be convicted of Rape.
b. The defendant shall be ordered to pay P 60, 000 for the
Attorneys Fees.
Such other reliefs and remedies under the premises are
likewise prayed for.
