How am I evaluated?
There are no formal assessments during this course, although your teacher will give you feedback about your
progress at the end of each eight week term.

1. Your first point of contact for pedagogic issues should always be your class teacher. It is part of his/her job to
ensure that any feedback receives immediate attention. However, if after this stage you are still unsatisfied,
please address your concerns to either the Senior Teacher or Teaching Centre Manager on an individual
basis. It is important we hear the point of view of particular customers.
2. We will then undertake a process of consultation by canvassing the views of the teacher, students and any
other parties as necessary. Should the situation require it, observation of classroom practice may be carried
out. Please note however, this may or may not include the class to which a particular customer belongs.
3. There will then be a process of evaluation during which we evaluate the evidence and arrive at a conclusion
which we will communicate to you. Appropriate action will follow subsequently.
