General Instruction:-
a) The Applicant should belong to native of Tamil Nadu, having own income and should be completed Age of 21 years.
b) Allotment will be made by drawal of lot.
c) The Initial Deposit should be paid within 21 days from the date of Provisional Allotment order.

d) Applicants passphort size photo should be affixed in the application form.

e) One family should be registered one application only.

f) If application required by post the Demand Draft should be infavour of "The Executive Engineer & Administrative Officer,
Thirumazhisai Satellite Town Division, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, No.792, TKSPM Towers, (First Floor), Trunk Road,
Poonamallee, Chennai - 600056 payable at chennai. The TNHB is not responsible for any postal delay.
g) The other details and conditions are available in the application form.

h) Registration fees will not be refunded.

2) The Applications will be issued from 30.08.2016 to 29.09.2016 Between 10.30 A.M. to 2.00 P.M (office working days).
The Last date of Registration of Applications is 30.09.2016 upto 5.00 P.M.
