Review Client's technical documentation and requirements.

Ensure an adequate standard of technical documentation and contribute in updating
company standards.
Review the Clients technical documents during the bid phase.
Review the pipeline design and interface with the relative process and
structures and installation.
Prepare the technical specifications and data sheets for material purchasing.
Check the results of surveys carried out by sub-contractors.
Assist with the selection of laying spread/methods and perform/review installation design
analysis for the pipeline system.
Verify and act upon the remarks of the Clients/Certifying Body.
Performed/Witness/monitored of Manufacturing Procedure Qualification Test:--Rolling, NDT
Test, Dimensional Test, Surface Visual Test, Hydrostatic Test and other related test.
Perform/verify all discipline analyses and calculation notes required to design the pipelines
system, including the engineering activities of third parties/sub-contractors.
Assist the pipeline lead or the project engineering manager for solving technical problems
arising during project development and for interfacing/supporting the procurement
department.
Prepare of documents for approval from client as per project requirements and as quality
assurance plane.
Familiar with design reviews, subcontracting and pipeline installations.

Major Responsibilities performing for Rotating & Static Equipments: ----

Monitor of Precommissioning, commissioning, start-up and initially maintenance of rotating

equipments.
Inspection during Precommissioning and commissioning of rotating equipment in Utility Plant
and waste water Treatment.
Carry out inspections on Exception Items (EI) as documented and sign off a closed when
activity is complete.
Inspection of Pumps, Compressors, motors/blowers/fans/Turbine and prepare the quality
reports as per client requirements after satisfactory inspections.
Conduct Inspection of base plates prior to install or erection of equipment.
Conduct free alignment of generator & turbine shaft alignment.
Check for pipe stress prior to final alignment on centrifugal pump.
Check for pipe stress prior to final alignment on centrifugal pump.
Conduct final inspection of generator & turbine shaft alignment with the client.
Check / review vendor documents, P & IDs, PEFS, ISO drawing, technical specification .
Prepared documents for all mechanical rotating equipment such as equipment installation,
receiving, pre and final alignment of pumps, compressors and piping lines connected to the
equipments, sump pits inspection on pumps, etc. as per project plan and ITP procedure.
Check/inspect the alignment, elevation levelness of the installed stationary & rotating
equipment & ensure the deficiencies are within acceptable limit
Check the installation of air fan coolers such as; fixing of plenum, tightening, angle of fan,
blades motor installation, shafting, shaft sleeve, bearings, fly wheel, bracing, top cover
pulley and belt installation.
Erection of rotary equipment such as; Pump skid gear box, motor, compressor and water injection
pumps.
Competent and able to interpret/review the drawings.
Inspection of welding /NDT test during fabrication of Pressure Vessels and prepare reports.
Inspection and monitored and conduct NDT test the work of storage tanks during
erections/fabrications.
Experience in welding/mechanical repair of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks
and process towers.
Advise on repair techniques, materials selections, welding procedures, inspection and
testing, requirements .Cooperate and communicate with the static equipment engineer/
corrosion engineer to investigate/resolve issue related corrosion/erosion.
CUI inspection on pressure vessels, heat exchanger, and storage tanks, column, reactor.
Checking the materials for insulations and the equipment using to the thermal hot
And cold insulations.
Monitor and witness of hydro test carried out on pressure vessels after repair.
Carry out inspection of Cryogenic or Perlite filling for double wall tank and for cold
Box equipment.

Major Responsibilities/Role performing for Painting & Coating: ---

Responsible for stage wise internal painting / coating inspection of incoming materials.
To check and monitor all painting / coating related works and ensure all final products meet
In accordance with company procedure, client requirement and international codes.
Prepare all necessary QA / QC coating documents and handed over to clients review.
To undertake test qualifications for spray painters, brush painters hydro blasters & abrasive
blasters.
Inspection of 3LPE coating/FBE for different grade/diameter / thickness sizes of carbon
Steel pipes like Dia.10inch/12inch/24inch/28inch/48inch/60inch/80inch/100inch and
Grades varies from Grade B to X65 PSL1/PSL2.
Responsible for incoming coating / painting material inspection and has to ensure whether
these materials suits to meets the requirements of project specifications
Inspection of 3-layer high-density polyethylene coating on steel pipe.
Holiday inspection /monitor of coated pipes at site during process.
Monitor weather condition for surface preparation and coating application at site.
Prepare the data sheet of coated pipes on site after internal inspection.
Review and analysis of all reports of mechanical and chemical tests related to bare pipe and 3
Layer Polyethylene coated/FBE coated pipes after receiving on site and prepare suitable
Notes/remarks and submit to client/technical manager/qc department.
Checked Climate condition like weathers/temp before start blasting of pipes.
Checked process preheat before blasting.
Checked residual surface chloride before and after blasting.
Checked Ph of acid wash Ph of acid on pipe, Ph of rinse/storage water on pipe.
Exp. For inspection of FBE, 3LPE and 3LPP in vender manufacturer pipe and for Pipe coating,
field joint coating, heat shrinkage sleeve, Viscos elastic coating System wrapping for
underground.
