Situation: After asking a young boy in West Philadelphia, Why he was pumping gas for money?, I began to wonder if there were
any safe spaces for children to enjoy in the area. The young boy did not even know what a boys and girls club was; As he
described it, he lived in the projects. In order to decrease risk factors and increase resiliency and protective factors for young
