Situation: After asking a young boy in West Philadelphia, Why he was pumping gas for money?, I began to wonder if there were
any safe spaces for children to enjoy in the area. The young boy did not even know what a boys and girls club was; As he

Assumptions
These activities are under the assumption that community members will be willing to
participate. There will be an availability of teaching artists to mentor youth and they
will be funded or willing to volunteer.
