Community Learning MK is an award-winning new venture that draws together Milton Keynes Councils well
respected, high quality Adult Learning, Music and Youth Services into one organisation that enables children, young
people and adults of all ages to realise their ambitions and reach their full potential.
Whether you want to get creative and learn a new skill, gain qualications for employment, or improve your skills to

2017 My MK
Art & Design Exhibition We will again be working with CLMK learners, tutors
July (dates to be conrmed) and friends in workshops with partner MacIntyre
with private view on the evening of Lifelong Learning to produce an art event for the
Monday 4th July whole community. Entitled My MK, it will tie in with
the 50th anniversaries of MacIntyre and Milton

Flexible Learning
Our Flexible Learning sessions are:
Tuesday and Thursday 9:30 - 12 noon at Rivers Centre, MK3 7PH
Thursday 1:00 - 3:30pm at CMK Centre, MK9 3HL
If you cannot commit to regular xed courses, this could be the perfect answer. You can start at any time during the
year and learn around your home, work or care commitments.
Absolute beginners and learners with some experience are welcome to sign up for bitesize courses tailored to their
needs. Work through modules at your own pace with the support of a friendly tutor.

Smile
Do you suer from mild to moderate depression,
anxiety or sleep disorders? Launched in September
2015, Smile:)MK is a project aimed at supporting
people by providing access to various learning
activities. Courses are delivered free of charge by
various providers and oer the space to focus on
improving mental wellbeing in a low-stress, supportive
environment.
Cross-City Partners
CLMK has worked with 10 partners across Milton
Keynes in 2015/16, to deliver learning in subjects as
diverse as elderly care and cycle maintenance, taking in
retail and communication skills along the way. These
local projects are really making a dierence to peoples'
lives, and encouraging them to make the most of their
opportunities. If you are involved in an organisation
that would like to come into partnership with CLMK,
please get in touch!
