and have good open gossips about it. And if you really like that
part make a single hand clap with the coffee table top or with the
ground you are sitting in. And Take what you like otherwise

Crows are the member of limited functionality and they do what
they can do at their best, but look at us even though we are
fortunate to have born with unlimited functionalities we have
become limited thats the curse. The best part of it, actually the
worse, is that: we dont even know it. And some of us think that
the crows are morons. And the funny part of it: if you say a
moron, a moron they hate it with their best; you can test this with
any person who you think is a moron but dont test this on your
best friends they will no longer be your best. And remember
moron is often someone who thinks the other one is a moron.

Creativity works at its best in two situations, in fact, it appears
itself out of nowhere even in people who normally doesnt seem to
be creative, one when you are infected by procrastination you
become so creative that you will come up with all kinds of
unthinkable hidden reasons to not do things And second, when
you tell someone not to do what they often tends to do; they will
tell you hundreds of hidden reasons to do that. However, its a
different matter, but they seem so stupid in doing so. And for
obvious reasons you dont find any logic behind those lousy
reasons; perhaps because that is creativity and it doesnt seem to
mix well with logic.

EXPLORE

What really knocks me out is a book that, when you' re all done
reading it, you wish the author that wrote it was a terrific friend of
yours and you could call him up on the phone whenever you felt
like it. That doesn't happen much, though. - J.D. Salinger, The
catcher in the rye

The intent here is to lay down the foundation and plot for the rest
of the project with fascinating and powerful thoughts and
knowledge. Here I have tried to turn on the bulb on science,
spiritualism, materialism and life in general in open, wider and
connected perspective. There are floating misconceptions around
us about many things. Here you also experience the frames of
knowledge on brain, mind and latest finding on neuroscience. It
will rush some blood in your brain to think about science and its
significance. It gives you hand to hold to walk towards progression
in life, towards excellence in life, towards perfection in life and
towards success and happiness. It is to start connecting the dots.
To a great degree, it turns you on in thinking about the authentic
idea of self and Self-Actualization in general.

BUBBLES OF EXISTENCE!

Difficult for me it was to choose the first topic for this project. I
kept on asking and digging inside for answer and concluded to
write on elementary and general idea of life. Every abstract and
concrete detail I write is to make a positive and progressive change
in various aspects of life. Be it a deepest desire or be it peace or be
it normal daily life or success or fulfillment in any aspect of life.
Or be it just to simplify life, and retrench everyday
overwhelmation, and start living clutter free days. A part of me
desire to see smile of success all around me. I dont want to see
zombies like walking deads around, it is terrible thing. Meaningful
and powerful ideas, concepts and rituals to flash upon your life:
dear reader, wherever you are and whatever you do. I think I love
you. And I hope you would love me too, but best what I share
with you.

THE FIRST DAY?

Then it happens. It is the point you begun your journey. Imagine,


back in time those days, your mother is young, perhaps she is in a
hospital and carrying you from around nine months from the start
of her pregnancy since the moment she decided to have a baby
with your father when they make out while having you in their
mind and something lovely and playful things went on to happen.
Since this moment after nine months, there is urgency and pain
and she feels like its time for you to come out. Come out from
her womb and see this world. The tiny you might be located at
some position inside her womb, might be your little head is near
the ring of her pelvis or might be your little legs are near the ring
of her pelvis. Who knows, you can ask your lovely mom. At that
time, it is time for you to come out and see the world. There are
some other people around the scene to support your arrival, and

some people are there waiting for you. For some of them their
hearts are beating high and current are passing through their spin,
and they cannot hold themselves to see you, shivering is all
throughout the body; you will always find at least one person
having this shivering in such moment. They probably, are in their
pre-stage of extreme joy. After few minutes of deliberate efforts
from your mother a tiny version of you starts to appear from her
ring. Likely, you show up your head first. And then within a little
span of moments, the whole tiny you are out in the world. They
cut the umbilical cord from your navel. You brought the moment
of extreme joy and happiness in people around. Who could be
these people; your mother, your father, your sister, your brother,
your neighbors or anyone else? It is the moment to cherish and
celebrate. Your arrival is a celebration. And this is your birthday.
And you already know the date. Do you realize why your parents
and loved one celebrate your birth day? Its not because everyone
celebrate and it is normal and it is part of culture, but cuz of that
moments. You go ahead and ask your mother what exactly that
moment was.
That is the date your life starts in this world. And
here you are today at this very moment reading this text and have
become pretty grown. You know now, how to read, how to write
and how to talk. You grow up enough mature since then. You
even dont remember and unable to recall many of them. It is
important to see the way you come out from your mother womb
it will help you to open your eyes and see the values of your own
life. You may go and see videos on how this happen for any baby.

WHAT IS HAPPENING SINCE THEN?

All that happens since the moment we show up on earth till today
is what our life is; till now. A lot have had happen during this
journey and still things are going on. In general if we glance on
our chronology it will not be difficult to see that our path we went

through is filled with many wishes we asked for, many desires we
dreamed of, many things we achieved and many wishes which are
still undone. You will find some wishes we lived and some not.
You will see some questions have been answered, and some are
still hanging somewhere and some desired we triumph and some
are still left in subtle form in our dream world.
Experiences! Some were good, some were bad, and
some were ugly. Some were funny, and some were frustrating.
Some were warm hearted, and some were hateful. We experienced
beautiful lifestyle, good relationships as well as terrible
heartbreaks; Millions of situations and countless of feelings comes
and go. We experienced and lived with many expectations, and
have expressed millions of expressions. When I think like this, I
get good idea and perception of life. It is difficult to define it with
few statements, so I wont do that cuz that is a not possible at least
for me. But it is always good to sit down in the corner of sea and
glance like that.
Billions of possibilities present here. This world has
everything for us to grab on, every possible thing that you can
imagine or perhaps cannot imagine. Life goes like a continuous
stream of waves of an ongoing and consistent river. It expresses
itself as a journey or some kind of unfoldment or exploration. If
you give your eyes a deliberate attempt you will see the natural
tendency of everything in the universe is expansion and
progression and movements towards bigger identity. Here we find
everyone as unique and different. Me, my parents, my sisters, all
my neighbor, all my beloved teachers and all the people I see in
my life, everyone comes up with a different face, different voice,
different gesture, different lifestyle, different ethics, different past
and many other different uniqueness. And still, unfortunately,
many people tend to compare one with another for setting up
their expectations based on what others are doing. This definitely
does not work well and it is leading to frustrations, and they all
losing their true self and their true individuality. I learnt not to

compare one with another and which I find is the best way to
experience and embrace the uniqueness of each individual and
especially yourself. I think one should not compare oneself with
another person but if you do you will anyway always find the
difference, difference which in most cases is meaningless. Such
comparison is a waste of time and energy that many people do
and which is the difficult part to accept, but yes that is the truth
and one of the causes of daily disappointment. This way we create
an illusion of prison walls in our mind about the limited, false and
unauthentic expectations.

Comparison is the ultimate recipe of self-suppression unless you


have a meaningful reason to do so. It is to limit our mind with
what we are comparing with.

One of the best examples in this regards is a parent/teacher child


dilemma. Many a time, parents and school teachers tell to their
little average kids by giving examples of other children who are
somehow doing really well. They have never thought about the
building of the brain of their kid when they were there in mothers
womb. It takes a nine-month on an average for newborns to be
ready to take birth inside the womb of the mother. And inside
there, the building of brain, bones, and flesh were happening for
that period. And have you thought how many delicate neurons
were under construction? What a mother was eating, how she was
behaving, even what all she was talking and thinking have a direct
impact in this process. A kid hence born will definitively be the
different kind, mood, and functioning.
Yes, all that change over the life with further proper
nurturing but not by telling the kid that they are not doing good
based on moronic comparisons. It is about a life of little one and
we all need to give best possible nurturing to our child, a kind of
thought that will let the kid live a blossoming life. And every life is
capable of blossoming. Life journey had already started inside the

womb of the mother. With the idea of comparison arise the idea
of competition which further degrades the free will of people and
induce them to fight and win against other. So instead of
progressing in life kids learns to win against each other irrespective
of whether they progress or not but they are ready to be a fighter
in cage club.
In this way they start living in prison only to realize
that they are not growing and expressing as a person. When they
go to school they fight for better score cards than others to become
student of the year. They repeat the same drama when they go to
college. Best part of the story start when they get selected in
interviews in final years by big multinational or rather
international companies. And they say its a party time and they
celebrate in a best possible way. And when they join on their
joining date they find themselves inside a well-decorated prison
walls.
It is difficult to understand but people have learned
and love to enjoy living inside a cage and they love it even more
when they get promotion. And the great funny disruption happen
when everyone started yelling to do what you love to do. But
behind all this drama there is a subtle, almost silent micro events
happens as part of our psychology in our mind: when our people
adore you for what you have done, or when others are jealous of
the same thing; there is a part of our mind that say oh yes it is a
right thing to do irrespective of if it is right or wrong. And there
starts or possibly strengthen your journey as a prisoner. And in a
way becoming the prisoner of the year starts becoming your goal.
I think we are not here to compete with one another
instead we are here to grow together, to be a part of the evolution.
We need to choose evolution. We need to see things with
evolutional and revolution perspective. And need to give birth to
the idea of progression and freedom in kids. With such mindset,
together we make this world a wonderful and beautiful place to
live.

TIME AND THE DUAL NATURE OF GROWTH

There is another way of seeing life and it makes a good conception


with time. Life and time have interesting similarities. They both
go on and on. One moment comes and then another and then
another moment. One situation comes then another, one
experience comes then another and then just another. Sad thing
about life: it ends. Great thing about time: it never ends. Great
thing about life: We can control it. Sad thing about time: We
cant, once a block of time gone it is gone forever. The future is
like an idea or expectations living in our mind which is unrealized
and also uncertain. They all live somewhere in the subtle space
which may come or may not come. Your dreams are floating
somewhere in your mind, somewhere in space and maybe they are
in the process of coming to fruition; becoming. They may require
a pull from outside or a push from inside or maybe both; who
knows. The one thing that we have in concrete is our present
moment where we are in; always. Can you imagine and see:
sometimes it happens that we feel our life is not growing and not
moving forward and we feel like it is stuck somewhere in the
middle and we feel sorrowful, awful and we feel something wrong
about all what is going on with us. This is unpleasant. I think you
can correlate.

But listen, why do you feel uncomfortable when your life seems
stuck? And you feel like in a deep dejection!
Possibly because deep inside you, you know it is not what you
want. You dont want to be in any prison and you want to be free
and blossom.

Our natural tendency is evolution or revolution of some kind. We


all inherently and deeply enjoy progression. The growth of any
kind makes us feel happy and satisfied and fulfilled. This is one of
the key essences of life. Nature is within you and nature is within

all of us. There is a requirement of growth within you and within
all of us. Everyone wants to grow, needs to grow. Everyone wants
to move forward; who want to get stuck and get into misery in life?
Do you?
No, never.
But it is also true, sometimes growth doesnt seem easy.
Sometimes, it takes effort, it takes a fight, and it takes hardship.
Even though growth is natural, some forces and blockages hinder
the growth that deters the materialization of your desires and
dreams to take birth and come alive. Materialization is a process,
and it needs certain terms and conditions to be fulfilled in nature.
Our nature enforces certain laws on everything and which governs
the realization. Nature has certain laws that apply in the process.
Growth takes the complete destruction of a part of
self and it needs to have adamant foundations under your grounds
so you can sustain it. Destruction is the second part of duality. Its
a lot like when a seed breaks its shell to come out of the ground to
start its progression into whatever it is to grow into. This process
destroys that shell part of you and cause immense pain to work on
your new reality every day, every moment and transfigure you into
a new better you. It's like crushing shell of a seed inside out. This
part is one of the most important aspects of growth that needs to
be carefully observed and to be taken care of.
Best part is often not apparent directly which makes
most of people to not see this essential part of the process. Then
to them, it seems like some unknown luck or blessings. Hard
work, dedication, relentlessness, persistence, perseverance and so
on are normally not visible, it is no one fault, our psychology
works in such a way it does not see such things easily. It is a truth
that there are errors in human thinking. So when people call you
lucky you feel hurt because you think they ignored essential
attributes and works of yours. We are the result of choices we
make and work we do, hard or smart or whatever it is and luck in
most probable cases have nothing to do with it. It tell us that we

need to prepare and be ready to sustain all possible physical,
mental, and emotional pains that can come along with our project
and even after it is done. But also, some destruction are so subtle
that we typically dont feel it and are unable to observe and notice
as it happens. Every day millions of cells destroyed and rebuild
inside our body and that is how our body grows day by day.
Not all eyes are closed, some people have less error in
their thinking abilities and they see that you are under some sort
of stress but they wont understand, and they wont see the
original construction that is happening in you. Out of no clarity
and bias, one thinking stuff in their mind think of you as a
madman, a foolish gentleman hammering on his own feet.
There also a group of people you will find who can
see progression. Some of these people will be jealous of you, and
they either dont understand how you are growing or if they
understand they dont like it. And we all know people do lousy
things when they are infected by jealous. We cant do anything of
such things, and things of which we can't do anything we
shouldnt do anything and thats the best thing we can do about it.
Remember, every single pain you go through during
your own evolution is making you stronger to further sustain the
ongoing development. The moment you start growing faster and
faster, the destruction part will also become faster and faster, and
you need the capability to sustain the destruction part and
maintain the constructive side of the growth. Thinking like this if
you go ahead, at one point most of the pain would seem negligible
to you and you will know what you thought was a pain is actually
a part of the process. And once you find it is normal it is no
longer a pain.

The growth is dual in nature. It has two sides, one is constructive,


and one is destructive.

HE HAS A DREAM OF SOMETHING

No matter what and how much we have learned to live and love
living inside a prison but still a part of us is looking for an escape
he want to fly. He want to be successful in something, he wants to
live in bliss; he wants to enjoy. Whether you say yes or not you
anyway want it. We all are humans and we dream. We all have it
inside. Think about your dreams, they are like a baby in its
mothers womb. It needs a lot of care, thoughts, love and proper
nurturing. Delivering your dream into reality is not easy. Like an
actual birth, it goes through a careful process. Without extinction,
a part of this is delightful like when an expected mother think
about her baby she is delighted. All these are parts of lifes
journey. Dreams that come alive are dreams that you made, or
maybe someone or something else made it happen for you,
somehow it happened. And the dreams that are still a dream are
either dead in the process, or maybe they are just stuck and need
more care and nurturing. A few of them may even be ready for
delivery.

Pay attention; be aware of your dream otherwise, they will die


inside your mind and your mind will become the graveyard of
your own authentic little voices, true inner desires, and real
dreams. And they come back from inside you to haunt you.

These are also some way I think about life; and I get better idea. I
am developing and evolving my views and ideas these ways. Your
idea of life may be different, but it wont be so much.

SIMPLE QUESTIONS

Deep within us we all are striving for the ultimate purpose and
progression. I suggest you go to a silent place, ask yourself few

questions because everyone needs to develop and nurture their
own thinking and idea.

What is my idea of life?


What is my faith?

Whenever you are at any point of choice in your life or in any


critical decision/action taking situation few simple questions that
you can always ask yourself are,

What should I really do?


What is really a right thing to do?

Just by simply giving pause and allowing yourself to receive an


answer from within, you will find them. The answer from within
will benefit you more than a quick action without pause.

FARMING A BAMBOO TREE: IS THIS A HELL JOB?

Then it starts a massive project. When farmers take the seed of the
Chinese bamboo tree and plant it in the ground. They then
nurture it for one entire year. And they go to their farm land to
see what happen with a question in mind that what is the result of
planting these little seeds in the ground and watering for the one
whole year? They saw, and tried to investigate what is apparent. In
general we should see some plants or something as part of our
normal expectation. But they didnt see any sign of anything
coming out from the ground. These farmers are no ordinary
farmer and they dont give it a bother.
For a normal person, you can imagine what and how
it would feel like to spend the whole year, a total of 365 days,
watering, caring and fertilizing the ground planted with seeds of
your desire to see nothing is coming out. You have been investing
a lot of time and effort to care for it and were doing everything

you could so your grounds would remain fertile and the seeds
would remain protected from every harmful thing. You have been
working the best you could on your idea. In this world of fast
paced demands and change from every perspective of life which
can be economic, societal or anything for that matter, it seems like
a mental anguish to be involved in any project for so long with no
short term results.
A significant part of the world might laugh at you and
say that you have gone mad. A part of the world will mean that
you dont have decision-making abilities, or perhaps you dont
have the right idea of how lives work. They would say we have to
live life today; we have to make short term goals because we dont
know what can happen tomorrow. They might be right from their
perspective but the sad part is that most of the people who listen
and repeat that same sentence of the living today slogan and of
other slogans, again and again, are actually saying it without
knowing what it even means or somewhere they left a gap in the
message which is unfilled and making the message even more
meaningless.
If you think about this slogan for a moment, Live
each day as if it' s your last. And if you go ahead and start to live
like that you hustle and you wont even brush your teeth out of
extra sense of urgency. And if you dont brush your teeth for a
long time, you will have creeping micro insects in your mouth and
possibly a lot other diseases. And soon you will have your last day.
And on that day you will realize you should have brushed your
teeth each day.

When things become meaningless it becomes dangerous, because


we dont have any idea what kind of trap we are into.

Anyway, eventually, many minds goes against you, and never try
to know why and why on earth you are doing such an extended

work plan just to see nothing of it and you might get automatically
isolated with your ideology.
Lets come back to the bamboo. We have seen that
up until now, a whole year had gone by, with nothing apparent
outside. The farmers have planned to continue the same effort
until 4 years have passed. Effectively 4 years equals to 4* 365 days.
Total around 1,460 days without any single green sign on the
ground. To people who doesnt have the idea of your plan, it
seems that you are a crazy poor decision maker who doesnt care
about the life you have. You are an asshole, you are a worthless
fellow. Their mind is tagging you, abusing you through their
mouth, in their inner chatter and through their bloody
expressions. This way, fourth year has gone. The world sees
nothing which generally leads friends and family to also question
your motives. But few will also cheer you and hope well for you
but it is a rare thing and you can count them like one, two and
three. Every single day you watered and cared for your ground and
seeds. You were perseverant; you were persistent and cared for
your sky rocking dream. You watered and nurtured your ideas in
your womb like mind, and in nature, you live in. You got a tag of
waste fellow even from your friends and family. It happens in life.
We all have seen around us.

BUT THERE WENT ON A DARK MAGIC

Fifth-year arrives, and the farmer is still persistent. He waters


more and cares more about his desire to see sky touching giant
bamboos. It sounds like he has taken oath of never giving up. For
him, this year is the year of great importance considering his very
long running tenacious investments of time and finances and not
to mention the craps going on in parallel. If he fails to see he
might fail for his life but he still stays stronger and undisturbed
while maintaining a healthy equilibrium in his mind, unaffected
by any kind of words from other. It looks like he knows what he

is doing and why he is doing it. Undisturbed, he continues to
again provide waters, fertilizers, and all great cares.
One day in the morning he wakes up, stretched his
body, did some yoga, got ready with all his morning rituals and
then he reaches the spot. He sees little sprouts all over the ground;
the ground was green all over. This is a day of fulfillment. But he
decides to be undisturbed and peaceful and not make noise and
that he doesnt need to prove himself to the rest of the world. He
said to himself,

People are saying to me prove yourself prove yourself prove


yourself, but why would I prove myself and for whom. Im not
any kind of equation of mathematics that needs to be proved as
the left-hand side equals to the right-hand side. I know what I am
doing, and why I am doing. And I do have a faith in myself. I
dont care proving things like that. It is a crap.

He knew what he was doing. He doesnt want to waste his time in


proving himself to the rest of the world. He was smiling in
thankfulness. He thanks his God, parents, air, moon, water, stars,
birds and all part of the nature. He is a farmer because that is his
life blood. He was deeply connected with nature. And he loved it.
He persisted and cared further. His dream is realizing. All sprouts
have grown sufficiently bigger in next few days; they are alive and
growing significantly. Now the miracles have started, a natural
miracles which is the result of such efforts, care, persistently
watering his dream and ignoring the negativity from anyone telling
him if he could realize. Now, his bamboo plants have touched the
sky and become ninety feet tall within next 35 days. After 35 days,
the bamboo is now 90 feet tall. It is a massive exponential growth.
It is formidable process. It is easy to imagine, what kind of feeling
and what kind of smile of success he would be having with this
that benefits not only him but the people around them and
around the world too.

WHAT HAPPENED BENEATH THE GROUND?

Watering and fertilizing the soil for seed for 4 years creates a
strong foundation beneath the ground. Seeds are grown in the
ground and start becoming prominent and vigorous enough to
support the massive and fastest growth possible. It grows deep
inside and broad enough to handle the sudden growth and to
maintain a constant balance.
Nature knows when it will become such a big; it
would need a big and vigorous foundation to sustain and to stay
standing on the ground. Nature knows the intention and capability
of the seeds that how far it can go ahead and so it creates the
suitable environment. The grown roots are supposed to be so
solidly connected to the ground and earth that it should be able to
suck all the necessary, possible water and nutrition when it will
grow. Roots had to grow in a very much balanced fashion. And as
a bamboo farmer, you have to support the nature by giving your
best. In the center of the grown balanced, connected roots, there
were forming the life conditioning situations, and it was a womb
of a giant tree. The bamboo tree was under construction as baby
forms in womans womb. In the center it was preparing a kind of
condition that can reap the life from beneath the ground to give a
birth and provide a rapid exponential growth. Such an exponential
growth is impossible without a great and supportive foundation.
Nature and that seed knew that giant bamboo tree is hidden in the
seed, so they went the way they have to go. And the former was
intelligent and significant enough to understand the nature and
the capability of seed, and he knows what he is doing and why.
His persistent, perseverance, care is what was needed, and he did
it well without allowing external noise to affect him. It is the
ultimate example of the secret behind any kind of exponential
growth, and I hope you can correlate with what you see in life in
general or in specific.

There is a lot to learn from this story. The message is,
of patience, of perseverance, and of prudence in a path of bigger
projects in our life. I will leave it up to you to see it from many
perspectives and attach the analogy to many situations as you see
fit in your life and in the world around you. Incredible and
massive growth is not any magic. It requires a certain kind of
attitude and persistent action with a directed focus on your vision
in your mind. And I suggest you to discuss it with people and
social groups wherever you are in. And have an open mind during
the discussion. It will help every one of us. Lets create a family for
such essential conversations with tools we have in our hands. Few
good lessons:

Dont give any thought to negative people, to people who doubt


on what you are doing as long as you know what you really
doing.

Most people give up when they are closer to their goal, you never
have to.

Be indifferent to peoples praise as well as peoples critiques and


maintain your mental equilibrium and ideology while having
undisturbed attention and care towards your goals.

Before I end this passage, Im eager to share stream of thoughts


kept coming on me during the progress of this project. Sometimes,
I used to become blank minded and sometimes full of ideas. This
can be added and that can be added type of situations. I knew I
was becoming an Author. I was writing. And this is the dilemma
with writers. I guess, every writer go through such phases. One
day, I came across writing and it tells me to ask a question from
me and that question was, What kind of book that you really
want to write, and what kind of author you really want to become.
For a moment I paused by it, and I went into thinking about it. I

asked myself. I was sitting in my bed staring within. I found some
glimpses. I came to know a strong reason; a reason I think that
was my driving force, a reason that was hidden inside of me. I
came to know that I wanted to write a book that I always wanted
to exist for me to read. I wanted to write the knowledge and tools
that I always wished to be available in our primary, secondary and
higher school education, and in our graduate and post-graduate
studies. I wanted to write a book that would engross the
unavailable teachings, I wished would have been taught by my
teachers, parents, neighbors and by our cultures and society. And
I observe people and did some research and I realizes its not just
me it is everyone looking for a right resources of knowledge and
community and everyone is looking for such kind of book. I am
not saying that our schools and culture dont teach what matters
most in life, they certainly do the best they can and the way the
system is designed. And I understand that not everything can be
included in our system. I am glad today, I tried best and deliver a
meaningful work and dedicated to all of you. I hope, you will
embrace and engross the meanings from all the things that are
coming ahead in this book. I wish it will induce the glitters in your
heart and help you leverage your hidden capabilities and hidden
dreams from the world within you to the world outside you; inside

DANCE OF DUALITY: WHAT IS ON THE OTHER


SIDE? AND WHERE IS THE RHYTHM?

This chapter will flash some lights on the understanding of the


two sides of the same coin and each side is entire half, and there is
a link between the two. They are more like two system of
existence one is inside and one is outside.

WHAT IS INSIDE?

Spirituality is one of the most essential and misunderstood word


in our dictionary. It has not been conveyed well in time. And yes
it is true: a big part of what is inside is spiritual. When it comes to
the word spirituality people become conservative and squeeze in
their physiology as well as psychology. And they think like they
will have to become an isolated monk and they have to leave all
the luxury and they may need to spend time chanting some
mantra and counting rosary. And they have to wear orange or
white clothes. And they have to follow celibacy. This idea is vague
without doubt, there is nothing like that. However in this project
we will have very less but essential discussion on spirituality
wherever I find it is better to have. We will have more discussions
on what matters most in life on the essentials of misconceptions,
routines, rituals, concepts, knowledge and altered way of looking at
things with interesting powerful perspectives.
So, what is inside? Inside is a subtle space like
existence and unseeable from our retina. The pre-reality of
anything what we see outside happens first inside. All the dramas
of life are governed by the inside system. It is the world within us.
All that we are our social life, our personal life, our professional
life, all our actions and reactions, all our emotions and expressions
that we have in our world are the reflection of what exist inside us.
What is inside is what is outside. It is, mirror reflection things.

The only difference is the aspect of matter. Many of us want to
take control of every aspect of our lives; like family, friends,
socials, dating, relationships, health, nutrition, success,
entrepreneurship, business, wealth creation, entertainment, self-
education, sports, dance, music, or any other professional or
personal part of life. Any minuscule or gigantic, no matter which
part or which side it is, if you want harmony, love, compassion,
desired flow and positive growth in it, you must know sufficient
information about the lever, the mechanism, the machinery and
the entire workshop which propel the things inside out where all
creation happens. And this is our inside system of reality. It is
subtle. It is inside. If you want to fly, then you must be the pilot
of your life, and you must take control of it. If you want to ride a
horse, you must first connect with the horse and trained yourself
enough to understand and control the ride so you can ride the way
you want. You are the pilot of the plane and rider of the horse.
The cockpit of the aircraft is located somewhere inside you. The
bridle and reins of the horse are located somewhere inside you. It
is subtle. Think about it, if you have a body which obviously you
have and there is someone who is sitting inside this body you have
and this person sees things from the eye you have in your body.
Can you think about it this way? Do it as an interesting exercise.
What is inside is amazing and looks magical, but to
realize its awesomeness it need some work. Its a place from where
your materialistic ideas are received, perceived and then, later on,
worked upon to create things or solve any problems you may have
in your life. In this inside system of reality also present the tunnel
of intuition. Guides from the higher consciousness, the receiving
and perceiving agency are all in here. Also exist here this curious
door of the sixth sense. Sixth sense is there and we all know. Just
because we cant understand, we cant deny. Territories of the
inside are full of wonders and worth exploring. Spirituality is
deeper and bigger part of this inside system of reality. In short, in
the inside system of reality we study, experiment and work on

things like mind, psychology, philosophy, psyches, sixth sense,
emotions, energies, and spirituality. Together they have a great
impact in our life and with better understanding of these we can
lead successful and meaningful life. Here are two brilliant and
powerful quotes that will help you to become more and more
aware of inside system of reality. They are powerful. I suggest you
chant them and write them to practice for few days. It works if you
work on it. There is no other way. These texts are derived from
the Gnostic teachings. As you read, involve in every meaning in its
different segments of the whole quote. That is the best way to get
the best of it.

There exist within me a stillness of silence, and there exists a


sacredness, and there exists my true self. The one who is
unlimited of the limited, the one who is fearless, the one who is
calm, the one who is a true desire, the one who is a true conqueror
of the matrix of life and the one who is a designer and developer
of my reality inside my inner universe.

This quote encourages you to slide the window and look within,
a silence; a vast oceanic presence. From there, you draw your
inner knowledge and inner power about your own self. It is telling
you to understand and embrace your inner reality.

There exist within me a consciousness, who is an observer and


who is a controller, who senses the sensation and movements in
my body, who consciously observes the activities in my mind, who
understands the process of my mind and my body and their
connection. Who truly controls the unwanted and unconscious
movements of my body parts which are driven by mental
activities, mental fantasies or mental daydreaming and inner
chatter?

This above quote again insisting you to be aware of your own
consciousness which is your main thinking stuff; true controller of
all your thinking and behaviors is inside. This is the hidden and
unrealized consciousness of which once you realize, you can take
control of your mind and body. Then you take a ride to
experience a rich life style. It helps to see that world within
presents a huge hidden possibility.
Come back to this quotes again and again, and try to
internalize these things. Its better if you can write this on a white
blank paper and stick in a wall. And it is also effective if you can
record this with your voice and listen using your cell phone.

WHAT IS OUTSIDE?

Whatever may be said in praise of poverty, the fact remains that


it is not possible to live a really complete or successful life unless
one is rich. No man can rise to his greatest possible height in
talent or soul development unless he has plenty of money; for to
unfold the soul and to develop talent he must have many things to
use, and he cannot have these things unless he has money to buy

So we saw something about our inside system of reality. The other


side of the dual world is our material life, outside system of reality,
where we see Money, Name, Fame, Relationship, Health, etc. We
live our relationship with our mother, father, brother, sister,
friends, spouse, associates, etc. All these, are parts of our material
life. Outside system says that we need to be rich in many fields:
money, relationship, and health to live outside life to the fullest
possible extent.
Rich is not just about having bigger bank balance and
other monetary possessions of house, bungalow, luxury vehicles
etc. It can be just a part. However they are essential up to certain

extent so we cant deny that too. There is one more remarkable
words by Wattles below about the importance of Money.
Read the below statements again and again till you
really understand the idea. They lay down the basics of our
materialistic side of life which we all live every day. If you are
reading this book, you might have own or rented it from
somewhere by making use of some material things of certain value
to others.

Here the statement is not only valid from the viewpoint of money

Dont misunderstood, try to open your mind on it. Here is a part
of the statement to become the possessor of things. It appears at
first sight that it is saying you have to possess all the things to
fulfill lust, trapped mind but thats not the truth. This first sight
interpretation is not correct, it is error in our mind when it is
working fast to conclude anything. To many, mind have been
fished to buy this things and that things; marketers and sellers lure
people with psychological techniques and people take the
reference of what others buying. Correct interpretation is: it is
about possessing only what is essential to you otherwise you will
get overwhelm and your days will get cluttered, it will become
another problem.
We all have to eat food, drink good quality water; we
need time for entertainments, studies, research, and for celebrating
events and festivals. If you are an artist you need sufficient

instruments for your artistic aspirations. We all want to travel and
explore and observe nature so we need to buy our travel needs and
accessories. We need to pay for books and notebooks. We need to
sleep, so we need house and bed. We need clothes cuz we cant go
like the walking nude outside. If we are living in any culture that
demand its cultures from its people; we need the suitable clothes
and lifestyle for that; think about it from where it is going to come.
Imagine, you are living in a world without magic and no magic is
happening delivering you your needful materials by doing any
instant magic act; in that case from where these items are going to
come. What are you supposed to exchange with other people
who possess that? Most likely, Money. Slow down: You also
need to ponder on these great meaningful words.

SUBTLE INTERACTION BETWEEN THE TWO SYSTEMS


OF REALITY

To live life, even to the basic levels, we need to own at least


minimal essential materialistic things that are the requirement of
the outside system. Outside system of reality is full of needs,
requirements and desire. If you look carefully there is a silent or
subtle interaction going on in between inside and outside system
of reality. All these needs, requirements and desires they get
informed from outside to inside. We then start to work fulfilling
them. We conceptualize, plan, get intuition, schedule and all this
happens in the territories of our inside system of reality. It is our
internal facilities that start resolving the problems. Reasoning
ability, creative ability, subconsciousness, sixth sense and also
mysterious spiritual agencies we have got in our inside system of
reality. Whether you are an entrepreneur or in a job, investment
banker or engineer or an artist, you need certain kind of

leadership and execution quality in you. More you are rich in such
quality more you become better in what you do. They are going to
define your ultimate attitude towards your work, your company
and every little thing around you. And inside us a quality attitude
to be constructed and then only in the world outside you can
express; attitude is the quality we build inside. You can only
express what you have inside of you, all these qualities, like
leadership which I took as a good example here, is located
somewhere inside you and which somehow built up in the form of
specific thought process and behavior. And think about it, what is
a thought process? Is this any kind of materialistic entity? No
right. It cant be. We cant touch a thought with our hands. It
must be located in subtle form. And what is behavior from the
viewpoint of duality; it is expression expressed via our material
body. The better way to say about behavior is that,

Behavior is the materialistic expression expressed via our


materialistic body response mechanism as a result of conscious or
subconscious thought process going on inside us.

Another curious scenario, in time, when you are playing a lover


you involve in the love making union with your partner. Love
making is sacred and spiritual. Many spiritual masters conveyed to
us in many ways about the creative and supernatural power of
such union where the union is defined as the union of the body,
mind, and soul of the love making partner which ultimately leads
to spiritual enlightenment and physical satisfaction and
fulfillments.

The physical union of a man and a woman, in essence, is a


supernatural act, a reminiscence of paradise, the most beautiful of
all the hymns of praise dedicated to the creator by the creature; it
is the alpha and the omega of all creation. - Samael Aun Weor

This again provides insight about the existence of our dual world
and which was known to ancient people as they were more
inclined toward inside reality so they knew the inside reality part
more. It is reverse in our modern days.
These two sides are two inseparable part of a fair
coin. They are directly connected, it is just a matter of fact that
over the time of evolution of human and life on earth, our
consciousness got inclined more towards the material world and
somehow most of the humanity becomes unaware of their core
and once dominant side of self. A significant part of the humanity
seems to forgotten the other side of life coin. And now the time
has arrived to become aware again and take the ride back to where
we were in our consciousness. Inner awareness is rising all across
the world. You can witness this by visiting places like Himalayas
and Rishikesh and many of the meditation ashrams, you see
people from across the world gather here to seek inside secrets.
And they love the experiences.

MANIFESTATION: AN INSIDE OUT THING!

Journey of dreams coming into reality. You dream of something,


maybe to build a special purpose social networking application
like LinkedIn, once you commit to it, your journey starts, and you
trip towards the vision you have in your mind. You have an end
vision or if not end vision then at least you have thought about
how it might look like in its hop as it evolves over time.
Sometimes we dont have a clear end vision because of the
evolving nature of some goals.
You start idealizing and conceptualizing, you might
have insomnia on the way maybe because you care or maybe
because you entered into a trance state and you are determined
that you desperately want to grab subtle captivating dream and
drag it inside out and show it to the world. The last part of it when
you offer your dream as real thing out to the world is the

conclusive stage of manifestation you had in your mind. And
apparently, many unthought-of things happened, sleepless nights,
conversations, design works, plannings, and executions went on.
If you think about it carefully; there are three sides of
manifestation one which is happening inside your mind, and one
which is going on in the environment and other people, and one
which is silently going on in the rest of the universe as
metamorphosis in the subtle unseeable realm. The universe is
constantly adjusting itself to align itself to fulfill the demand and
to make things practically possible and try to put forth a process
into motion. It responds to the vibrations and information carried
in the waves of vibrations in practical ways. It is not just you and
your team of people working on the project; environment and
nature as a whole also working. There is not a lever which you can
move from one end to other to leverage the dream into reality just
like that; unseen and secret phenomenon are also happening in
parallel of your personal efforts; however it is hard to accept and
reason by general science but metaphysical researchers and
scientist actually supports such arguments; and there have been a
lot of experiment.
Every time you visualize progressive stuff about your
vision, you send some thought energies in the form of frequencies
wrapped within it the information about the idea of that
progressive stuff you hold in your vision hence doing the
strengthening and further energizing of your vision in the subtle
realm. You are inspiriting the environment and universe that ok I
am with my dream and it is not any zombie idea or it is not just
another dream that is going to go away like the bubbles in water; I
own it, and I work on it; you too please adjust yourself; I am
continuously providing supportive thought energies to leverage it
to reality; I am standing and always working on one side; you,
please work on the other unseeable side. All your intentions and
thought energies emit in the universe? So two things happened,
pictures become more intense inside your mind, and universe also

received some water and nutrition for your goal to work upon.
And who are you? You are one of the individualization of the
universe. And what is your mind? It is the workshop where you
conceptualize everything about your dream in subtle existence. In
a way, it works like fuel to an ignited engine. In the beginning,
there was an initial idea in the form of desire or need, they were
the seed. Inside the seed is hidden a plant or a giant tree. When
you feed water and nutrition as the various practice of creative
visualizations, positive conversation, and little micro actions and
they start breaking shells and then start growing. Seed grow down
as roots and up as plants.
It is also more like inside outside. These roots are a
vital part of the entire being. And the upside tree and its branches
are our outer life, our body, our external behaviors, our actions,
interaction with the outer world and manifested elements of our
dreams. Many things are governed by the roots and its quality and
property. That is the ultimate foundation for anything of material
desire. For manifestation, you need to consistently send good
quality energies and information to the mental vision. Which
eventually get transferred to the rest of the universe so it can start
arranging itself? And it will try its best. Your mental image is first
hop point for information or message to send to the universe. If
you send mixed thought energies, it will cause ambiguity in the
universe and so results will be of mixed of things that you were
thinking. But if you make out crystal clear thinking, universal
energies will start forming those crystal clear circumstances in its
unseeable subtlety.

SELF-ACTUALIZATION: AN IDEA OF FULLY LIVING


YOU!

It refers to the persons desire for self-fulfillment, namely, to the


tendency for him to become actualized in what he is potential. -
Abraham Maslow

I was looking for a perfect word which can draw inner desire and
quest which I can name as the real purpose of life. I did glance
here and there and everywhere possible. And I also come to
realize, how important these words are in our lives. One day I
suddenly plunged to a word Self-Actualization. I overawed for
few moment from the broad and meaningful aspect that it
represents. In simple terms, its meaning can be stated as,

What a man can be, he must be.


Whatever a man thinks he can become, he must become. No
other option.

And I see, deep within, this is what everyone desires for and I am
happy to share this findings with you. But it is much more than
that and I will clear out its perception to the maximum possible
extent I can. It is an ultimate idea of self-fulfilment, self-
satisfaction, and self-realization. It is an idea to conquer all and
any challenges that life will show you to fulfill your true desires.
Fulfillment of desires give birth to waves of happiness, waves of
joy and waves that can turn you into a divine dancer who is
dancing in trance and you experience unstoppable continuous
pulses of bliss.
You have a desire means you dont have that right
now; its true. Either it is your need, or your requirements or your
demand from life. It is nothing but a hole to fill. It is a gap to
ungap. When you fight for those desires and work for them to

make them real, you are covering your gaps, and you are working
towards filling the holes. Self-fulfilment happens by the fulfilments
of all those little holes in all areas of life. There are many basic
needs or requirements we have in our life. And it can obviously be
different for different people as everyone carries their own
individuality with them. Life is multifaceted in nature; it offers
different experiences and challenges in various parts.
We feel so happy, so dancing and so partying
ourselves when we accomplish something that we really wanted to.
Maybe, its a little thing, and you cannot resist telling to your
loved ones and best friends. Self-Actualization is the ultimate idea
of progression in all possible dimensions of life. Be it social, be it
art, be it politics, be it science, be it technology, be it family, be it
defense, be it sports, be it health, be it a relationship, be it
spirituality. Be it anything, it says that you have to progress in all
the dimensions wherever you think you can. And it must happen
in a precise and systematic and balanced manner. This
systematism is the major key in approaching towards the self-
actualized life because it is damn difficult to approach with
random ideas towards your goals. It has to go via systematic
studies, planning, efforts, experiments, and executions. You must
have broader strategy in your mind in its simplest form possible.
And you have to learn the art of managing and controlling the
activities in your mind as mind is very sensitive to generate
random noise and useless inner talks. You need to understand
which qualities need to be building in your mind. In your mind,
the right amount of resiliency, rigidity, and fertility is definitely
required to sustain the original visions that you want to work
upon.
We don' t know what happens after life. We don' t
know what may happen to the rest of our life. We don' t know
when we are going to die. It's life that we must fulfill to the best
possible we can. Fill with wonderful memories; accomplish so
many things for ourselves and for the rest of the world. You know!

You can. You don' t need to be perfect; you don' t need to be
exceptional. You just have to be true you, an individual who is an
authentic you and being good enough is often enough for success.
I would like to add enough details about the term
Self-Actualization because that is the major theme of this
project, so it is important to know and be clear about the elements
of this powerful concept. Self-Actualization term is derived from
the humanistic psychological theory proposed by Abraham
Maslow. And I think it still needs to develop further, which I am
doing as my personal project and contribution to humanity. I seek
your support in this regards. This theory is already well developed
and composed from the psychological viewpoints. I am keep
writing about this thing in my blog and in my future contribution
works from other perspective of spirituality and philosophical
views. But this is undoubtedly one of the best models of fully
expressed life.
I would like to encourage you, make this Self-
Actualization as a central project of your life. I suggest you think
about this concept from open and wider perspective and apply
your thinking and observational facilities to understand yourself.
This gives a basic model of thinking and understanding human
behaviors and progress in a straightforward and systematic way so
you can become more and more mindful about yourself and can
work on your true self-expression. This has given many useful
points to ponder and undoubtedly imperative in finding our
primary goals and purpose, and also necessary to achieve proper
control on your mind and body and overall life. Eventually, it is
helping in living the life at an extraordinary level and possibly
beyond pro and beyond extraordinary, and helping in hacking the
unsolved problems, and releasing, all the things that stop.
In his research, Maslow was looking for what
motivate people to achieve their desires. He found that there are
three types of need which drive people to work for achievement.
The original models were a bit different and did not cover the

spiritual and transcendence levels, but with time the models have
got developed further and include spiritual aspects of the self too.
I include the much-refined research on the self-actualization in
the easy and understandable form in brief, which can be
understood by anyone quickly.

The specific form that these needs will take will, of course, vary
greatly from person to person. In one individual it may take the
form of the desire to be an ideal mother, in another it may be
expressed athletically, and in still another, it may be expressed in
painting pictures or in inventions. - Abraham Maslow

LADDER OF THE FULLY LIVING LIFE

Self-actualization needs are divided into three layers. First are very
basic needs of food, water, rest and basic safety. Second are
psychological needs of love, care, esteem and security that take
care of survival. And third are evolutionary needs of going forward
and being unstuck in life, and this is called the self-actualization
needs and are of higher order needs to enrich life and to become
legend in specific areas of life. It is to become a master in those
particular fields. Very basic needs motivate people when they are
unmet. The more you are hungry, the more you want to do
something to eat. The more you are tired, the more you want to
rest. The more the duration, the more it will become stronger.
We can interpret and derive that our very basic needs covers our
biological needs like oxygen, sleep, food, water.
Psychological needs are the people subconscious
requirement of being loved, being cared and being listened. It is
being noticed and being recognized by friends, family, colleagues
or any other individuals in the environment, profession or culture
where you live and work. These also include our natural behavior
towards being safe in different situations in life. We all wants to
protect our self from possible accidents, insects, fire, flood, bad

foods, thiefs or any kind of danger and so we take all possible
actions that could be possible in those situations if arrived. As we
have already learned in life about many natural risk conditions so
we tend to do safeties major before it can come into our lives? We
lock our door when leaving our house. We purchase good quality
food. We dont run into a fire. We clean our places and remove
insects, so we wont be get and affected by their bite. Similarly, we
dont want to do anything that causes police to come into our
house. We want to be safe from all these, and so we dont
challenge laws of our governments and defense. Psychological
needs include relationships too. We want to enjoy our romantic
and sexual life with our partner to the fullest, so we think and act
in this direction of life too. Our various needs also balance out
each other according to the way society and cultures are organized.
So we dont want to take illegal actions to fulfill our sexual desire.
On the higher edge of psychological needs resides our
needs that caused by self-esteem, self-respect, ego, status and
prestige. These factors give birth to the development of further
needs like the requirement to become a master in particular
profession or skills, to acquire something, to achieve something
special which we perceive relevant in our occupation and cultural
environment wherein we live. Beyond the psychological needs is
the residence for our higher order needs, the need for self-
fulfilment and transcendence. This is the place which when
activate tells you to live up to your real potential. This tells you to
live your dream. This tells you to do whatever it takes you to do
for the achievement of your bigger ambition of your life. This
drives you to feel the peak experiences in the profession of your
deepest desire. Such higher order needs tell you to expand your
potential and do all possible self-development in all possible area
of your life. The needs at this level are definitely a tough one to
accomplish and to achieve.
The statistics also tells the truth that only a few
people live at the level of legends and greatness. They are separate

from the rest. They live to fulfill requirements of higher self or
greater needs. Driven by such energies makes the person dedicated
and causes this realization that this is the purpose. It can be found
to happen in any field, we can make studies on sports, politics,
entertainments, and science even to a household person like our
Mother to give best possible nurturing that could be done for her
child. This is the level of extra ordinary and level of legends. At
the upper edge of this is the residence of ultimate self-fulfillment
requirements which when activates tell you and drive you to
contribute substantially to the life of millions of people; to even
people who are not yet born. You can ask a question; what can be
the reason this passage exist in the book? This passage helps to lay
down the foundation and building blocks for the rest of the
passages in the book. As you go further on your voyage through
the passages, you will find tools and techniques to crack different
situations that life offers to you.

The purpose of this chapter is to arouse knowledge of mind and


brain. It flashes the glimpses of neurological discovery about the
human brain. It will help readers to understand the reason they
behave the way they behave, and others behave with scientific
insight. It will add few ideas from spiritual society about the subtle
levels of mind as well. This is fascinating and knowledge based
essential reading to expand your understanding of your mind and
brain. We need to know the game that is going on in our mind
and brain. This knowledge and understanding are great tools to
help us to unlock and break the prison and help us to escape.

What are the various parts of the brain and what are they
responsible for?

As for as the brainy divers are concerned; neuroscience has done a


lot of interesting findings. But to the core, this is still captivating

psychologist. There are no perfect answers to these questions, but
there are explanations and research-based findings. Science is
doing its best to answer questions about the various practices of
meditation, and the brain and they are consistently doing research
to undress the mysteries of the mind, brain, and offspring of
different meditations.

techniques has different offspring on neural changes in brain
neural circuits as well as positive hormone changes. Some
Harmons grows and some reduce. Overall meditation leads to
better mental and physical health and harmony by settling down

your brain for granted. It needs care like a little baby. It needs
nurturing like a baby. It needs everything that a little baby needs.
And if you dont want to do that, you can stand up and look
around and observe the zombies like walking deads, bodies,
running around you; having no control and no awareness of their
behaviors and reactions, almost entirely stressed out; under lots of
psychological pain and trauma; kind of in a major misery. If you
really did this exercise of standing up and looking around; you
know what is going on. You can actually go for a walk in public
areas and observe; capture some insight about the real game going
on and where the game is. You need to protect your brain cells
from inadequate, destructive, toxic and harmful thoughts. You
also need to improve the physical quality of your brain cells, so

the beautiful and unusual neural network will remain beautiful
and wonderful.

NATURE OF MIND

"What is the mind? It is a phenomenon that is not body, not


substantial, has no form, no shape, no color, but, like a mirror,
can clearly reflect objects." - Lama Zopa Rinpoche

There are two part of mind one is conscious and another is


subconscious. This is a common categorization. There are a lot of
misconceptions there on the role and functionality of these two
parts. In conscious part we have thinking ability but that does not
drive our life that still most people believe. Our subconscious
mind is the main driver of life. And a big part of the way we think
in conscious part, feel and get emotionalized and get
sensationalized in body are all driven from the inner part of the
mind the subconscious one.
The size of the functionality of the conscious part is
very small but its edge can be pushed towards inner part with
proper meditation techniques. If you study the ancient Vedas and
Buddhist philosophy of mind it is clearly defined there the nature
of mind. It is essential to understand that if we want to drive our
life it is required to refine and purify the subconscious part of the
mind. And that will appear in the form of sensation, behavior and
emotional part of our life. That is the expression of subconscious
mind and that will drive things further. That will create the flow
and auto mode kind of scenarios in our life. Your actions are
always going to be driven by subconscious mind and that talk to
the body cells.
In fact it is believed in Vedas and Buddhism that it is
permeated in the body cells so we have cell memory. Thats the
way it communicate and drive our body and responsible for our
micro movements during conversations and any kind of actions.

This is also the most probable reason why meditation works
because in any kind of meditations we are working to influence
our inner part of mind and once inner mind starts getting refined
our behaviors and actions starts getting refined and so our life as
end results.

way we think about our memory and how brain work. Different
sensory systems are available in your body. Keep observing them
and create a better awareness of your body-self and mind-self.
With more and more awareness of yourself, you will be able to
actualize yourself more and more. Here is my possible
categorization of cognitive memories from a logical point of view.
This part is a part of explorative thinking.
These are the fundamental ideas of what happens to
us and why. This knowledge, you can then use to improve
different areas of your life in learning, doing, and applying
thoughts on goals and ideas. If you think carefully and seriously:
you will find out why you are able to learn or do certain things
easily and some other things not.
This passage is written to open you up to look into
your own and others memory and sensory systems from many
different perspectives and develop a better understanding of
peoples, cultures, skills, knowledge, development, etc. With the
new open and wider understanding, you will be able to unlock and
break the prison, get free and actualize yourself in a more efficient
manner. And I have also avoided the core technical terms used for
brain parts so we can think from logical viewpoints and observe
our mind and memories quickly.
Under the scope of this lets define the term memory,
so we are in sync with what we are uncovering right now.

Memory means a place and sensory system in our physical brain
or subtle mind or body cells where a specific knowledge, patterns,
behavior or procedure or actions are stored and can become active
and can become passive. They can be contextual or non-
contextual. This also means your behavior and actions may be
associated with a particular type of context or triggers.

TATUM TRIGGER OF LEONARDO DICAPRIO

This is a region in your brain where static images are stored. And
these images can act as a trigger. Like, when you see the same or
similar image you will get triggered to render the episodes related
to that image in your mind. It is a compelling information which
you can consciously use for yourself for something meaningful or
purposeful to you. You can choose to use individual pictures or
images to trigger your mind to work on your goals, planning and
to follow your schedules. Once they are associated and fixed in
your mind, you can anytime use the picture to trigger to work on
your desire just by looking at that image.
You can see people using tattoos to remind
themselves of their ideology and people using posters in their
living room to influence their inner mind for their goals. And
similar practices are being done by many people. Similar concept
was used to conceptualize Tatum used by Leonardo DiCaprio in

GODS TERRIFIC SMARTNESS

God is terrific, such a smartness. He designed our psychology in


such a way so we can never be happy if we only want to be happy.
And in doing so he invented mirror neurons and put them in our
brain and left no choice for us. The only way to be truly happy is
to see happiness in other people and that will be reflected in you
though mirror neuron. There is no escape of this part, somehow

genuinely make other people happy. This elements in your brain
is responsible for your ability to imitate and learn from the outside
world is called mirror neurons. That is how we have learned and
become skilled in many areas of life from childhood. It is a part of
the brain which gives a person the ability to observe carefully and
replicate the same or similar behavior and action patterns in him.
That is the reason why people of any culture tend to talk and
behave in similar fashion. This tells us the impact of the kind of
movie or TV series we watch often.
This is again an incredible discovery which you can
use to learn new things consciously. This also tells us idea about
why we feel uncomfortable in strange situations. Some people find
it easy to learn new things by imitating like dance patterns and
some are not; it is the efficiency and quality of mirror neuron that
is responsible for the speed and quality for such type of learning.

SECRET BEHIND DANCE STEPS

This is a segment of our memory which is responsible for storing


procedures, routines or sequences of actions by observing,
visualizing, reading or by listening and rehearsing. This then is
able to become an active sequence of events. It means that once
you have established routines, this gives the person the ability to
replay that routine in physical actions.
An example can be a series of dance steps that you
watched, and then you tried and succeeded in replicating them. It
is easy for some people and terrible for others, which depends on
how much it is developed in a person. It can be improved by
regular storing and replay practices.

SECRETS OF RHYTHM

This is a part of the memory which records sounds and sounds


patterns and later on uses them to recognize when similar sounds

get heard. Musicians have good sound memories. They develop
this memory by regularly practicing and rehearsing musical
instruments, regularly listening to various beats, tempos and all
different types of musical sounds. An average person also
associates the particular sounds with images and situations that is
why we are able to recognize people by their voices, animals by
their distinct sounds, the sound of thunder and so on.
It tells us that we have a sound recognition system
build inside us and with practice, we can improve it and make lots
of useful reactive patterns and behaviors inside of us. Dancers
listen to songs and music very carefully to dance on beats, so their
movements align with the music, and thus they make beautiful art
with their movements.
We can think of why Alan Walker, Marshmallow and
any other musician create beautiful EDM, because they have good
sense of sounds and they nurtured it well with practice. You can
also think in this way: a part of our quantum particles are arranged
in such a manner so that a part of our system of mind and body
can process and vibrate with the various frequencies of sound and
so we can recognize it otherwise there is no way we can do that.
There must be impedance and frequency matching for two
currents or waves to talk to each other.

HIDDEN ALARM CLOCK

You may have heard of mental alarm before. Like some people
are always able to wake up at a fixed time in the morning, and
some people are doing specific rituals automatically in fixed
defined time as habits. This is possible because there is a time-
based trigger mechanism inside us which is a part of the physical
or subtle brain that is similar to an alarm on a clock and the alarm
can be set and utilized. Hypothalamus is a region in brain, pretty
much responsible for mental alarm.

There is a part of our memory which is sensitive to places and its


surrounding environments. Our memory records all the
information and events that have happened in any location. When
you visit the same site again, it will trigger the past events that you
have gone through in your mind, and your mind starts wandering
and get instant flashes in your vision. I have experience this many
time whenever I visit my home town or previously visited town,
on of a sudden from nowhere flashes starts to hit my vision. Can
you recall your experience? These are common experiences we all
have as part of our daily life. Mysterious things happen to all of
us. This is a clear indication that a part of the mind is
multidimensional in nature and it is active, captive and most
curious area of research going on in cognitive researcher and
philosophical studies.

INSTANT BODY REACTION BY PLAYERS

Information and patterns are not only stored in your brain but
also in your body parts as well. Your body is itself a memory and
sensory system. Each part of your body has its own memory and
sensors. These are called cell memory. That is why you can create
distinctive patterns in your body movements, postures, and
gestures by practicing and exercising. They can be tuned to
specific dance movements with music and then when you listen to
that particular music, your body will start moving automatically
without conscious effort. This is also the reason for having a body
consciousness and unconsciousness. You may have noticed few
activities sometimes in your body happen automatically
unconsciously and you dont have conscious control over it.
Players and athletes train their body to have specific reactions to
different situations in their game, and it becomes their second
nature that can be easily observed.

Smell also act as a trigger to specific behaviors. Ask yourself this


question, why do young ladies and men prefer to use perfumes
when going to a party or meeting someone. Some perfumes can
ignite powerful, sensual feelings and emotions in the mind and
body. The level of resistance that we see in people has a lot to do
with smells. Or think of your grandfathers cigars or your mothers
cooking. All these can have extreme memory recollections to
them. So there is a memory system which is directly linked with
different types of smells, and they ignite different feelings and
behavior patterns in your body. This region has this name
olfactory cortex. Couples know each other smell well.

SECRET OF SPA AND BODY MASSAGE

Different types of touch create different types of bodily reactions.


Various locations on your body have different ways they can be
touched, all of which will create different reactions and behavioral
patterns in you. Touch can be used as a signal for some contextual
meaning. There are different types of body massage, and spa
methods are available across the countries, each utilizing various
forms of touch and touch patterns. And they are designed to relax,
heal or excite people. They learn the art of playing with sensation
with touch for different kinds of benefits. You too can learn and
use the knowledge of how to touch other people to give them
different signals in different situations.

MAGICAL HIDDEN ALMOND

There is an almond in your brain. When you are in a state of fear


or anxiety for any reason, this section becomes active and causing
your fear to spread. It enhances the level of anxiety and propagates
it into other parts of your brain and body, like your eyes,

and maybe even your hands start to tremble. This part of the
brain called the Amygdala is responsible for fear and threat
detection and generates a behavioral response. Amygdale got a
shape like almond. When you feel fear for whatever reason, it
becomes active. This is an amazing thing to know that your brain
has a fear detection circuit as a unique individual part.
Let's come back to meditation again. Meditation
connects you with higher levels of mind and brings positive and
constructive energy into your brain. It helps to reconnect the
broken part of your neural network. This is one of the logical
reasons why many people experience improvement in their
memory when they regularly practice meditations. Most of the
time your brain is busy executing something which has nothing to
do with what is going on presently with you, and that can really
distract you from your day to day life. In most situations this
makes you unacceptable. You start feeling uncomfortable and
strange about the situations that could be important or influential
to you. In that way, uncorrelated mental activities, uncorrelated
with present moment blocks some people from progressing in life
because their mind will not let them get over something that has
no relevance to your current reality. Practicing meditations help to
remove such inner disturbances, inner blockages, and it contribute
to eliminate all such elements of prison which keep you away
from living in the here and now and free.

NEURAL CIRCUITS

Our brain is full of many complex neural circuits. Neuro scientists


and psychologist these days call them motivation circuits, decision
circuits, fear circuits, will power circuits, action circuits, pain
circuits, etc. There are many studies and research that tell how
motivation circuit works, how decision circuits work, how fear
circuits work and how other circuits work. This is yet the

developing area of research and studies. Understanding all this is a
good thing so we can take control of our subtle and physical brain.
By understanding the fear circuit, we can understand our own fear
about something. We can experience the beauty of fear. Decision
circuit: If you are not able to make a decision about something it
means your decision circuit is not working properly. The possible
reasons why decision circuits do not function properly is a lack of
clarity in thinking, which may be because your goal or purpose is
not clear. It may be because your knowledge is not sufficient
enough, so it affects your clarity of thoughts, which ultimately
affects your decision-making process. Unclear goals and
knowledge deactivate the decision circuits of your brain. You need
to become clear of all the what, why and how in your brain. And
you need to learn specialized knowledge to crystal clear your
thoughts flow. Without the expertise and training, your mind will
not be able to frame proper ideas; it will only block and you can
say there will not flow electricity through decision circuits this way.
Specialized knowledge and training will unblock things around
and will activate the current in your decision circuit and will
automatically help you to make a commitment because you will
have clarity now; things are not blind to you at this stage, and you
can just blink and come up with quick decisions.
Strong reasons and strong emotions are the primary
cause for activating the commitment circuit of our brain. Precise
knowledge definitely helps a lot before a commitment and gives a
real push for current to flow through commitment circuits. Strong
commitment works like a driving force, it becomes a self-guided
source of inner energy cluster to fulfill the promise and make you
take all possible actions that you can take. We can call it the
commitment clusters in our brain. As long as they are active, they
will provide you all the driving forces and all the inner strength,
inner motivation and intuitive ideas to progress towards the
fulfillment of what you have committed. The commitment center
of your brain consistently finds ways to make you take actions, it

can initiate self-talk, it can initiate direct action, it can help you to
stay focused on your committed goals, and it will stimulate circuits
of your brain to find out all possible steps that you can take. It will
drive you to choose options. By understanding commitment
circuits and how they work, you can benefit from your brain and
actually hack your brain to make the most of it.
There is a logical way of concluding about the
breakout that happens in our brain wires which lead to stress and
tension; induced by continually working for more than few hour.
If you make your neural wires tired and tensed, eventually they
will be less efficient if you further continue and it will also affect
the other nearby neural connections and pathways simply as a
contagious phenomenon. And can even cause damage over time
that will make you less efficient. This is the primary cause of
stress, headache, weak memory, brainy forced procrastination and
also the cause of poor response time. In this case, they need
regeneration and repair.

WHY TEACHER SAYS TO DO REVISION

There is a region in memory called prefrontal lobe which


processes the little new information like someone name and birth
date of your friends. When you receive such information, your
prefrontal lobe becomes active and starts recording the
information. Prefrontal lobe is at the front side of the brain and
collects the short term information. Short term information gets a
transfer to the deeper area of the brain called hippocampus when
repeated or reused that information, and it also depends on
situations and condition when you received the information. And
it also depends on the quality of the brain. But normally when
you reuse the information stored in the prefrontal collection it
tries to flush the information into the hippocampus and try to
establish the information as your permanent memory. And it is
always going to be the part of your memory recall, and it is known

to be recallable when you need. However, if you dont use it for a
long time, it might become difficult to recall. Thats why revision
and practice is termed essential by our teachers in our school;
however they might not know the technical details of brain.
Hippocampus is believed to receive relevant and
related information of experience from various regions of the
brain and collect them systematically into the same series of
frames and information as you had actually experienced. It is a
different part of the experience which is stored in the various
regions of the brain. For example, you might have experienced a
movie in the form of images and sounds. During the retrieval or
recall, it is like your hippocampus is collecting information on
sounds and pictures and associated feelings and then render in
your mind. Forgetting of information or experience can be said as
the inability of recollection, rearrangement and rendering of
information in your mind which can be due to the incomplete or
inappropriate recording of information and so something is
missing in the recorded information. Or maybe the data had been
corrupted in your brain cells or something like that happens. Or
maybe brain cell have become weak. Prefrontal lobe, hippocampus
and other regions of the brain which are responsible for storing,
and process incoming information set different stages of
information in our brain for its strengthening, which is called
consolidation of experience.
In the same way, you can also develop more ideas. As
much technicality of brain parts and functioning is out of the
scope for this project, so I have covered very brief knowledge in a
way which will help you to think and research further. Brain is still
a very active area of research and studies. And various scientists
are finding different ways of explaining how memory actually
works but at least we have few idea of how it might be working. At
least logically we can correlate and create meaningful analogies.
There are much more to it. Not really in the scope under this

project. It just have to open up your thinking and give some lights
towards brain reality.

DEEPER LEVELS OF MIND: CAN WE CALL IT A KIND


OF VIBRATIONAL VOYAGE?

When you are observing a glass of water, on some level the glass
of water is observing you. - Dr. Fred Wolf

This topic is fascinating for people who try to think and see
technical, clinical and scientific aspects of the subject. I am also
fascinated by knowledge and reasoning that science offer us to
understand any subject in depth. One day I was on YouTube
trying to find out some modern and advanced ways of doing
meditation, and I came across a few musical meditation sound
waves claiming to improve your creativity and awareness. They
called it alpha brain wave sounds. I was curious, so I went ahead
and put on my expensive Sony stereo headphones and started
listening. I felt good about the overall experience. After that
experience, I started to research about sound waves, and I found it
fascinating. It was easy for me to understand because I was already
a student of science and physics was my most valued subject. I
would like to explain and clarify my findings in the below
paragraphs. There are different levels of mind which are defined
by frequencies of vibration. Normally they are divided into
categories named Alpha, Beta, Theta, Delta and Gamma. They
are also called brain wave frequencies in mind science
terminology. The frequency with which the brain is working at any
given time affects the state of mind directly. The brain is
something which is in your head and mind is something subtle
which is directly connected to your brain; Mind is the subtle
counterpart of the brain.
Each category of brain waves has its own assigned
frequency. In case you dont know what frequency is, it is a term
from physics and is measured in cycles per second for a vibrating

entity. Each sound wave vibrates at certain frequencies and
produces different types of sounds. Sound waves make the
particles surrounding vibrate in specific manner. It makes the
energy travel with a certain speed and in a specific direction. We
are able to hear the so called sound because it is traveling and
eventually entering inside of our ear. Sound enters our ear canal
system and goes into our brain and other parts of the body from
different channels it finds inside our body. Different frequencies of
sound waves create different activations or deactivations in our
brain neurons. We have to understand that sound waves are
traveling energy, so they travel. When there is a sound, there is
energy, and that goes into your brain. This dynamic energy is
going inside your brain constantly as long as the sound is
continuously coming. Brain is basically being bombarded with
energy every day all day. Make sure its good energy! Some of
those sound waves are pleasing, and some of them are not. Some
of them are relevant, and some of them are not. For all those
sounds which are not relevant to you, you are still exposed to
them, and those sound waves are still going inside your head and
unnecessary activating different parts of your brain. Your brain
exposed to energy which is not relevant to you and affects your
neurons structures. Remember they are changing the neuron
structure of your brain.
So that was outside in. Lets look at the inside-out
phenomenon that is happening. Similarly, your mind is also
always thinking. When it is thinking, it is using your brain
neurons, and it is using your brain engine just like the CPU of a
computer. The CPU of a computer vibrates with specific
frequency values that you can see from your PC specification.
Take for example 2.4 GHz. It means that the CPU vibrates this
many times 2.4 Giga per second, which is a huge number.
Thankfully brain does not vibrate with such high frequencies.
Otherwise, it will burn all your delicate neurons. So every time
you think, your brain neurons are firing off and coming to life.

You are using your brain neurons to think. When you think, your
neural structure vibrates with certain kinds of brain frequencies
called brain waves. Where do they travel?
The waves travel inside your body wherever they can
go. Energy is moving in your body, and you can consciously feel it
if you try. These waves of energy also travel outside of your brain
and body and also transport out of you in the form of quantum
wave particles. Different layers of our body are constantly vibrating
in series of layers of quantum particles. That wave energy is
flowing out of you. I hope I am making it clear to you about
vibrations, energy and wave travel. Try to correlate this with wave
generation and the travel. So you might try to think why different
people have different energy level; some are highly energetic with a
particular type of emotions and expressions, and others are cold or
silent type. It is important to understand this part which will help
you to think logically about the science and practices of
meditations. Lets talk about the different brain waves and where
they fit.

BETA WAVES: 14 Hz to 40Hz

Our brain normally operates in the beta state. This is the state of
normal activities and daytime brain activity. In this state, we are
able to do reasoning and critical thinking. The more you think,
the more you vibrate your neural structure and then the more you
will go to higher levels of beta. When you do that, you will burn
your neurons, and more likely you are to get into brain issues like
anxiety, stress, and imbalance. The more you think, the more you
will also affect your nearby area of your brain because they will
also be exposed to higher beta frequencies and neuron burning so
we see tiredness in eyes, dullness in the face and so. Did you get

ALPHA WAVES: 7.5Hz to 14 Hz.

Alpha waves have a lower frequency than beta frequencies. You


get alpha waves when your brain neurons do less vibration than
beta. It goes into the alpha states of the brain. These are also
called deeper state of relaxation as your brain neurons start
getting relaxed and youre thinking starts getting reduced. As you
start doing less and less thinking, you start reaching deeper levels
of relaxation. Your brain neurons get relaxed deeply. Alpha is the
level of frequency which exists between conscious and
subconscious mind. Alpha is considered to be the best state of
mind for doing creative visualization practices, brain retraining or
reprogramming, for inducing positive beliefs and breaking negative
views. As it exists between conscious and subconscious, we can say
that these are the entry point for the innermost region, which
controls many parts of your life without you noticing it. Alpha is
also the state of mind for learning, doing studies and doing
creative activities. In the alpha state, your mind becomes more
creative. This is also because your left brain slows down
significantly and right brain become free to receive or generate
creative ideas.

THETA WAVES: 4Hz to 7.5Hz

Theta is even more relaxed and profound state of the brain. These
are the state of mind where you can achieve crystal clear vivid
visualizations and receive great intuitions, ideas and richer
creativity from space. This is also considered to be the
subconscious level of your mind. This level is more like the state
of deep trance in which you immerse into the state of hypnosis
and can walk on fire coal without having any fear or recognition of
danger and without ( or significantly less ) the feeling of physical
pain. When you deeply immerse into any kind of activity like
singing or dancing with theta state induced into you; then you are

living those moments as a perfect present moment, and when that
happen you are nothing but a real blinking star in that time of
singing, dancing or any artful act. Theta is powerful. And in this
state of activity, you might even look like high. At this frequency
you connect with nature more deeply and able to receive even
more creative ideas, intuitions, and inspiration directly from
nature.

DELTA WAVES: 0.5Hz to 4Hz

Delta waves are experienced during dreamless deep sleep. When


you are sleeping and having a dream, your dream is using your
neural structure for processing and rendering, therefore, creating a
certain level of vibrations. So dream state is not a pure state of
relaxation. When you go dreamless state in your sleep you are
reaching delta frequencies. It is also believed that delta is also the
frequency of deep spiritual region and is the frequency with which
you start connecting with the super-consciousness or cosmic
consciousness.

ANCIENT SOLFEGGIO FREQUENCIES

There are certain vibrations which are called Solfeggio frequencies.


Their finding came from ancient Gregorian chants. These
frequencies are part of their sacred rituals which they use for their
spiritual awakening and body cleansing and for the purification of
mind. I am adding this brief information to elevate your curiosity
so you can explore and experiment the science of frequencies in

396 Hz: This frequency is known to release feelings of guilt and
fear. It lowers the defensive part of the brain, which is crucial to
make better decisions and actions. Because of the defensive nature

and experiments done about 528 Hz. This frequency is known to

Time is changing and people are realizing the need of something


that can soothe their mind. People are overwhelm from many
things. Culture of possessions and consumerization of too many
things are now making people to feel like they are in some kind of
a trap. People are freaking out about it.
Today its difficult to handle credit card bills and the
fear; and extra care and extra time needed to entertain all the
things we possess. People are running out of space. People are
stressed out from their day jobs and office politics and poor
culture and poor boss. There is an identity crisis going on in
peoples mind because branded clothes, branded accessories,
branded furniture have become their identity.
Somehow people have learned to collect items in
their house either to show other people or either to follow other
people shopping or maybe because they get seduced by new
arrival of good looking products. Somewhere deep inside people
are realizing and crying that they have lost their authentic self
when people judge the identity of other people with brands or new
arrival or antique collection. All kind of non-essential possessions
have become the problem of overwhelmation as well as the
problem of lost identity today. People are feeling fucked up

pleasing other people to make things works. Core part of the their
self seems like crying to express themselves, a part of them know
that they have become a zombie kind of and they dont find a way
out in materialistic and capitalistic culture. Such things are the
primary reason, people are looking tools and techniques to undo
these cultural curse.
As they try to search they often end up in this words
Meditation, Mindfulness, Spirituality and Brain Rewiring. So
people are talking about it. They might not have clear idea but
they have some idea that there is something in it that can resolve
the issues. People are truly needy these days for right solutions.
For some their need has become ardent. And some people are
crazily traveling to discover themselves in search of right methods,
and right gurus. I met a lot of them, seekers, during my travels
too. But no doubt, these are essential. And they are explorative.

WHAT IS THE UNTOLD, UNMARKETTED MYTHS AND


TRUTHS ABOUT MEDITATION

Before I talk about anything exactly what they are, it is necessary


to tell that some groups of people are doing great business by
selling the tools and techniques of meditations, mindfulness and
brain rewiring. Some of them are selling right things and some are
not. Many of the life coaches are incorporating such things as
integral part of their trainings. Few people have succeeded in
creating big educational and training organization just for trainings
on such mind tools and making millions. There is a demand and
only a few know such things correctly.
Meditation and Mindfulness have come from the
ancient heritage from Vedic and Buddhism practices. I met a lot
of people from around the world traveling to learn authentic
techniques in Rishikesh and Himalaya regions in India. Today,
with the advent of technologies it has become easier for people to
learn some techniques. But still these are the things best to learn

from authentic masters and centers. Because there are thousands
of techniques and forms and when someone upload or write their
content they normally could not express this inner subjects
properly and it is difficult to learn on your own properly. And
most of the people who upload in net are also seeking money to
earn so sometimes they get distracted from the intent of sharing
right content. And with the distracted intent they tend to upload
whatever they see can give more views and more money. Finding
authentic content in this subject in net is tough. But yes, there is
no rock on the road stopping you to try on your own and explore.
That is anyway great.
I suggest you to be careful and not lose lots of money
and time. But be explorative. People have also created a lot of
apps for smartphones and PC for basic things. I find most of them
are useless. I too was going through this situation and people are
using it because they dont have much option. And more
importantly they dont have the correct perception about the
words. Good thing, awareness is rising. So hopefully, in future,
more ancient tools will be discovered and will come in front of
wider audience.

MINDFULNESS: WEAPON FOR WISE, AWARE, AND


ALERT MIND

Mindfulness is an approach to becoming more aware of what we


think, how we act, how we react, what we feel and how we feel,
what we do and how we do. And this is for anything of any part of
our life. It is about becoming aware and having more acquaint of
our self. It is about being immersed in the activity that you are
doing at any point in time. Like if you are dancing, you immerse
in the dance wholly. If you are reading then immerse completely
in the reading. If you are playing any sports or game, then
immerse yourself completely in the game. You immerse in the act

and forget about the rest of the reality. In a way, Mindfulness is an
art of alerted immersion.
In practicing being mindful, we focus on our present
moment, we try to live our time in the present moment. We try to
consciously feel the sensation going on in our mind and body. In
that present moment, we accept ourselves completely with all the
sensations, thinking, and actions that we do either consciously or
subconsciously. Over the course of time with persistent and
perseverance, we come to know many things about ourselves that
we do subconsciously. We come to know our unknown and
uncontrolled habits that these are our habits, these are the things
that we think, these are the things that we do, and these are the
things that we feel. We become a good observer of our self, and
this is the point when we start to have self-control, and proper
development starts thence. Things start to uncover with
mindfulness practices.
We can control our self for our productiveness and
effectiveness and for our happiness and joy only if we know our
self better. We can regulate ourselves only if we know what is
going on in our mind and body. When we become aware and
conscious of our self then only we can do something about our
self. We can improve our self only when we know what to
improve on and how much we need to improve.
When we are aware of our weakness, we can work on
it, when we are aware of our strength we can leverage it for our
broader benefits. It is like a Metamorphosis. It needs a huge
practice, and the journey is unlikely to be unscathed. People need
firm determination to do so and must repel all the waves of
dizziness. The practice of mindfulness is an excellent habit of
conquering many of our internal blockages leading to a state of
clear headed, unperturbed and an inner-centered state of mind;
which is extremely powerful state.

ONE OF MY MINDFULNESS PRACTICE ON RUNNING

Here I am sharing one of my conversations with my diary.


Sometimes I do so. It was when I had decided to run after a long
gap of physical exercise. I did my running, in fact jogging and
walking kind of practice and apply the technique of mindfulness
during my sessions. I am adding the conversation as it is in my
diary it will help you how I do the mindfulness practice
sometimes. It will also help you to show how to have a beautiful
relationship with your diary. It is really awesome.

Dear diary, today I decided to write, actually share my exercise


experience with you. It has been a long time I had these personal
moments with you. Probably I was busy with so many things. And
I was also not able to do any physical exercise. I was feeling lazy in
my body. I had been thinking of running for a while. I know I am
bit lazy and weak in strength, physical strength but anyway I
would do my best to enhance my strength and endurance that is
one of the major visions in my mind. I always believed, before
something happens in actual experience it must first happen in
mind. So I was preparing my mind to do so. Most of the time it is
gonna to be a mind game. Mind is the main driver of body. It can
take any physical task out of it. I know it took a very long time to
start my exercise again. I guess it is more than a year but I am
happy that I took a lead today afternoon of this hot summer,
when no one around was running or jogging in hot sun outside.
Sometimes I become ready to do things that others dont do. And
I love it. Its my life and I will drive it my way.
I kind of decided to run, I had decided few days back
but yesterday this pulse was on peak. I had been doing certain
meditation which had increased my energy level and I just could
not stop me. And I just went outside. I wanted to have as little
distraction as possible so I didnt take any of digital devices. No
phone, no audio device, and no measuring device. It was just me

and a small pouch with few amount of money on it so I can buy
some fresh fruit on the way to eat. I know it will be difficult for me
to run on this first day after a long time. Body would not support
and joints needs to open and get some enough strength. And
stiffness of the body had to relief. However I had gain some
flexibility cause sometimes I do basic hatha yoga practice.
Anyway it was a good experience I borrow a shoe
from my flat partner and put on my sleeveless and a hat to save
my hair from dust. I was kind of empty stomach and a glass of
water I took before leaving. Today it was like jogging and walking
combination and on the way I was doing small cross jumps. I was
also getting small distractions cause of traffic and outside people
but I was bringing my mind back. I was also feeling like fell down
but I manage my state and I was using this foot finger movement
which I learnt during my school days when I was member of
Indian Navy Cadet training program. It always seems to work to
save you when you feel like falling down due to mental and
physical exhausting. In this case suddenly something happen to
your brain and it stops thinking and starts turning into some
unconscious state maybe because energy and blood is not flowing
properly and you start losing your mindfulness about the current
situations and activities. I had the realization that the current state
of mind and where you are focusing play a good role in
determining such things. And you feel like falling down. If you
start losing your mindfulness and focus on task in hand you starts
losing your consciousness and such conditions to support falling
down increase so was my case. But I was aware of this game which
happens in mind and body. And so I was willfully bringing my
awareness into body and my current running state. This way I was
making myself more mindful of my state task of running and my
leg, my stomach, my eyes, my brain and my heartbeat and my
breath. This practice was helping me to have better control and
awareness of what is happening inside and on the surface of my
body and I was trying to feel the movements which was happening

in my stomach inside and out. And the way it was making a curve
when I was stepping ahead as I was jogging. On the way I did also
add cross jumping which was adding more mindfulness into my
task. Sometimes after five to ten minutes I was getting bore in the
middle so I was adding such variations to keep the momentum
and it was adding more fun as well. On the way some strange
people also greeted me in the hot summer which added extra
boost to me and mixed as a dose to keep going. I feel some people
was giving a gesture receiving inspiration too, I saw their eyes and
lips which shows the expressions and it made me feel good.
Dear diary, I believe and have a plan to keep this
thing on. When I came back, I did not feel much tired but in fact
was more energetic and good part this energy kept me away from
being sleepy and lazy which was happening to me from last many
days but I took a good nap in the late afternoon. I hope I will
continue this practice which is also my dream to keep doing such
good daily task as a part of essential daily routines.

Practice of mindfulness helps you to become undisturbed by


silencing the other thoughts. In that way other thoughts kind of
become weak and eventually start disappearing. And you will be
able to give most of your time and energy on the tasks that are
important to you right now.

THERE IS A CROWD BUILDING IN THIS BUZZ OF


BRAIN REWIRING THINGS

Neuroplasticity is the quality of brain that enables it to reorganize


itself from both physical structural and functional way. Every time
you go to new situations; new learning and new behavioral
changes starts happening in your brain due to this feature. This is
the cause of permanent learning of any skill like music, language,

fightings, dance, or mathematics. Due to this feature, we got to
build new habits and behaviors. Similarly, we get the ability to
break old habits and behaviors. We can do all these because of
this plastic nature of brain; Neuroplasticity. So it is clear, we can
change our brain because it has this neuroplasticity feature.
Practices of meditation, psychological therapies and mindfulness
support the change to happen.
This process of reorganizing our brain to learn or
unlearn specific skills, habits, or behaviors is called Brain
Rewiring. It is very intuitive to see if you are more involved and
more curious in the process you learn things better. You can
correlate this with any learning that happens in your past where
you somehow become more interested and more involved in the
process. It occurs due to the release of some specific types of
neurochemicals which help in reorganizing the desired neural
circuits. And more you do that more it becomes hard. In a way,
you can say that this skill has been hardwired in you. Similarly,
there are competence and knowledge that you tend to forget soon,
in these cases you can say that talent is not wired hard and is soft
wired.
Lets see one scenario, if you are an artist and going
for auditions and getting rejected again and again. You might build
a belief in your mind that you are not good enough to be
successful in art. It will affect your self-confidence and self-esteem.
These series of rejections may cause a powerful long lasting impact
in your mind and which can create thought spirals. It may
constantly make you down and sometimes it will make the form of
a rigid emotional belief and act as a point of reference for your
future decision making and confidence. This is obviously not
good. It is a trap in mind. It can put you into a depression and it
happens a lot. In such or similar scenario undoing the ill effect of
rejections from your mind is necessary to put you back in right
track. You need to burn and release those rigid emotions and
belief, and need to break the negative sucking thought spirals

going on in mind. This is where mind rewiring concepts and
methods can come to rescue. It will help to undo the ill effect. Not
only that but it will help in building new set of right and powerful
emotions and belief that can act as a new fresh fuel of active
thought energy to drive further.
There is another interesting scenario of this.
Sometimes information and emotions are scattered in our brain
and they are not connected properly. So we can say there is a
disconnection between the dots. And there is confusion and we
cant assemble different points of information in our mind. And
we stuck. In this case the role of rewiring is to connect the dots
together to create proper thought with meaning so we can infer
something useful from the things that are scattered in our mind.
These ways it helps in reforming and reshaping thoughts and
emotions to make you progress ahead.

One day, I was having a regular discussion about meditation with


one of my dear colleague. He was newbie and rookie in
meditation. He was curious if meditations are for ultimate peace
or for achieving nirvana and Samadhi like state. Another friend of
mine asked me how much time it takes for you to go into a
meditative state. At that point, I had 9 years of study and practice
of different meditations under my belt and was able to guess that
they were a beginner and had incredibly wrong expectations and
actually incomplete knowledge on meditation and meditative state.
In fact, the term meditation is very much underrated by most of
the modern society. It is underrated because of the lack of general
awareness in communities.

Modern day society and even village and small town
society tend to reserve the meditation as rituals for monks, sages,
dharma gurus, and pundit. There is a lack of knowledge and
awareness about meditation and in fact it is misconceptions living
in their mind. Somehow from somewhere they got some bullshits
in their head and they start believing and expecting and
questioning things based on that false bullshits information. They
dont have access to the right sources.

Nothing sucks more in life than false bullshits information


specifically when it becomes your reference point for further
thinking, expectation and decision making.

Anyway! Meditations are mental tools, weapons and techniques to


practice to improve and strengthen the state of your mind.
Techniques like Ninja, Shaolin, or martial arts. Weapons like
swords, kakute, khopesh, bow & arrow, trident, and shields of
worrier. And tools like hammer, saw, screwdriver, scraper etc.
Practice of meditative tool helps to shape up, develop and refine
the organization of thoughts, emotions and consciousness.
Meditation is for mind. And Mind is our mental workshop. The
practice of meditations helps you become aware of your inner self,
your outer self and also gives an insight of the inner and outer
reality of whatever situation. With consistent practice, it drastically
improves the clarity of thoughts. Eventually, you will become a
better thinker, a better individual, a better decision maker and a
better leader in your life.
Meditation is also spiritual in nature, and there are
spiritual energies involved in its processes. It is obvious as it is
subtle. You become more aware of your own energy levels and
subtleties. Like many tools and many weapons we have many
forms of meditations in different communities. Nirvana, Samadhi
and ultimate peace state is a different thing and there are tools to
help to reach that goal but that is just one segment of tools in the

world of meditation. There are tools and technique that helps to
go inside and do inner engineering or surgery or adjustment or
refinement or to build up some skills and strength in mind. And
there are tools who helps you to make things work, manifestation
type, in materialistic world. I hope you have got a better idea of
what meditation is and what is the scope here.
Many good meditation centers are now outside the
main cities and towns hence not accessible to the majority of the
society. If people want to learn and practice meditation, they have
to take time off and go on vacation, which most of the time they
are not willing to do for many reasons we got in our culture and
profession. It is a block. People also confused about which center
to choose and which to not and there be many unsatisfied folks
who have made their reviews making it more difficult for us.
Should they go for transcendental meditation, or Vipassana or art
of living center or, Bramhkumari or Nithyananda meditation
centers? They are stuck trying to get the most authentic one, or
one close to their house, at a given moment.
Let me just give a brief of these meditations for the

communities and also join and try and experience whichever is

MY JOURNEY THROUGH MEDITATION: JUST A


GLIMPSE

I started doing some kind of meditation out of curiosity. I used to


actually talk with the candle flames about the things that I wanted
to do and would ask for help. Many times I found answers and
solutions in my personal life; somehow. In fact, when I will do
candle flame meditation early in the morning then the whole day
goes by very smooth and relaxing. I find myself focused even if I
face lots of stressful situations and circumstances around me. I
think the best word for this is inner-centeredness. It makes me feel
peaceful from the inside, which reflects on the outside.
Another splendid meditation that I came across
during my childhood days was Dhyana Mudra meditation to
improve concentration. To do this, I had to sit in silence in
sukhasana yoga posture. This pose can be found in any yoga
book, or you can just google. To do this, you lightly join the tip of
your thumb with the tip of your first finger and take deep breaths.
Focus on the vibration between your thumb and first finger. It is a
beautiful and straightforward practice which I enjoyed a lot. You
can find this method in any Mudra meditation book, and it
actually works. It improves the peacefulness inside you and also
helps you to get separated from the noisy external world. You will
become a calmer, more self-controlled person if you learn to take
time and relax and just breathe out the negativity that can bog
down your mind and psyche.

I used to be in the situation where everyone around
me, whether it was at my office seating desk or having lunch with
my co-workers, cries and creep about some problem and
discussing only negative things. All I would hear about was the sad
and sorry side of life. If you are around toxic people, you will
become more of a toxic person. Negativity breeds negativity.
Sometimes, such as in the workplace, you cannot control with
whom you are around, but make sure to cut out people who make
you feel bad and adverse as much as you can. Such elimination is
essential.
I remember one unfortunate incident that happened
to me when I was in 7th grade. Due to some hormone changes, I
kind of lost my voice. It became so ridiculous that I had to face
issues wherever I went. Most of the times, my voice would not
even make a sound. I felt like my vocal cords, and overall voice
circuit had gotten corrupted. I went to many doctors and
therapies, and nothing seemed to work. Finally, I went to one
master who was practicing reiky healing meditation. I went to
their house for around one month. It had few improvements but
eventually did not help much. I was getting too much bored with
their practices. I had to lie down in bed, and they were placing
their hands in energy centers of my body. They believed that
universal energy is getting transferred to me and I am getting
healed. As a kid that did not attract me much and I just left. I
think if I would have gone more than it would have solved my
problem eventually cuz there were improvements.
Meditation is an ancient wisdom, for sure and it is
very broad field in its own. There are thousands of tools available
and many are not discovered yet. Focus on what tools you have
with you right now and what next you can collect in your armory.

WHAT HAPPENED WHEN I WENT TO A TM MASTER?

I wanted to learn an authentic form of meditations; from so many


days it was always coming in my mind to try Vipassana and
Transcendental meditation. I had actually taken a leave for 10 days
to join Vipassana in Mumbai. But somehow I had to cancel my
registration because some urgency came in Mumbai and I had to
be present to help a close friend for at least 2 weeks. I already
knew that Mumbai also has a TM center which does not require
entire day during the teaching. The learner has to present only for
max 2 hours a day during the course and it last for only 5 days for
level 1 to complete. It just clicked inside my mind and I then
immediately decided to join to course and complete its level 1.
When I reached Mumbai, I knew these days are
going to be very busy for me, and it was indeed. Along with all the
other things that I was doing during my visit I successfully
completed 5 days of TM course. The teacher was very calm, kind
and learned person. By look, he seems to be incredibly simple
typical Hindu pundit. Soon I come to know he is a brilliant and
practical man. He explains us about the transcendental meditation
from a quantum physics point of view along with so many
meaningful analogies. And he was a minimalist too. However I
did Vipassana too after one year of learning TM, which is again a
great form of meditation practice.
During his teaching he clear many myths of
meditations that many people have in their mind, I just want to
summarize few of them that I learned from the course. During tm
meditation any thoughts can come and go. They can be good or
bad thought. And it is a good sign if thought is coming. As you go
inside you touch the stored thought bubbles in your mind, and so
they become active, and it' s natural. It will help them to burn and
release. As a meditation practitioner, you should not indulge in
thoughts, and you just have to ignore them and let them come and
go. There are many ill thoughts and emotions stored inside you in

the form of stress, anxiety, and fear. This is the best chance for
you to release them. More you practice more you clean up your
mind.
There are also good thoughts in the form of
happiness and pleasant memories. During this meditation you
should ignore every type of thoughts. Otherwise, you won' t be
able to go the deeper level of consciousness. In the TM, you use
secret mantra as a sharp tool to go inside you which helps you to
go deep and come back to surface. The mantra is like a vehicle we
use to reach the vacuum state of mind. During the meditation,
you may experience that going deeper and coming out many times
and new thought arrive at you. This will repeat many times it will
work like a cycle of deeper state, mantra consciousness, and new
thoughts. We have to practice TM during the time when our
digestive system is not busy. Otherwise, our body will not support
meditation activities of the mind. External noise from the
environments is not a disturbance for meditation so they should
not be used as an excuse for not doing daily meditation.

SOME MORE THOUGHTS ON MEDITATION

Thanks to all the meditation that I used to practice and some that
I still do. It always helped me to fight against toxic influences; I try
not to let adverse actions or ill conversations to influence how I
feel. I built strong mental toughness through meditation and
positivity. I was a student of Science in School, and somehow I
was curious to know the scientific reasons for anything. As I grew
younger and mature in life, I used to search more and more on
what science says on meditation. What is the scientific view and
explanation of meditation? This is just awesome to know that
research and experimentation are in great favor of meditative
rituals and they are also helping scientists to understand more
about brain and behavior and habits. Scientists are having an
intense focus on finding all the mind and brain level changes that

happens and what phenomenon occurs in the brains neural
networks that create amazing results in life, which improves focus,
willingness, creativity, develop peace and mental toughness. I
personally want to thank all the scientists and researchers of
todays time for the kind of effort that they are making in this
direction. It is a good and necessary effort for further and faster
human evolution.
As I grew up, my curiosity leads me to try and
experience many different meditations. I was always fond of new
meditation techniques. Today I can say meditation is a very broad
topic in and of itself and there are thousands of meditations
techniques available and invented by many original masters. There
is no one defined goal of meditations. If you hear and read one
defined goal from any master, then he might be talking about the
techniques and rituals he knows. There exist forms of meditation
to help you for anything that you want in your life, such as mental
peace, getting rid of depression, creativity, productivity, and
personal magnetism, clarity of thoughts, health, making habits,
breaking habits, and success in any part of your life. And there are
meditation techniques for spiritual awakening and reaching
nirvana or ultimate peace and joy or supreme consciousness. You
have to find out wisely which one is fit for you.
One fundamental for any meditation is to go deep
inside your mind and observe your inner reality which reflects on
the outside. Remember that your inner self is always coming out.
If you want to see any changes in your outer self, then you have to
make changes to your inner self.

IS IT POSSIBLE? 11 PILLARS OF LIFE DESIGN AND

I remember, when I was a kid I used to tilt my head up to look up


in the unending sky and I used to count stars, and I used to try to
see patterns they form and the pattern they blink. Sometimes I
used to become selective and only count blinking stars. It was my
favorite time pass game as well. You will laugh and smile when
you do this. I later on come to know, It was my best childhood
ME TIME. I did not know this word ME TIME. I think I can
say, it was my ME TIME GAME. Really, Im not kidding, its
one of the best childhood games ever. And sometimes, I used to
wonder about nature and its mysteries. I used to feel, and it
always seemed to me, our universe has so many shades and color
in its womb. Many of us wonder, get amazed and our curiosity
cause questions. Questions like, why the sky is so blue in the day
and dark during the night, why red sunsets, why blinking stars,
why new moon, why the full moon and the beautiful traveling
curd like clouds, why thunderstorms and why waters falls from the
sky on rainy days and to the fun why only water why not anything
else. Everything is so amazing and full of wonder; if you think
about it. There are reasons for every existence and many of them
now part of our curriculum and subject for students. And they
learn this mysterious phenomenon in systematic studies in the
course of their subjects from scientific points of view. And some
are still mysteries.
When I look down on our lives and try to make an
analogy between what is going on in nature and what is going on
in our life, I see so many shades and colors and mysterious things
in our life too. I always wanted to create a straightforward and
systematic model of our life so we can look into it properly yet
easily. I was curious, and I am still. As I grew, I understand things

better. Curiosity is a big thing it turns thing on. My curiosity leads
me to do study and research to bring the clarity in my thoughts
and I silently went on systematically dividing our life into 11
parallel essential pillars. However, it took me an enormous
amount of brainstorming and deep thinking and research in
philosophical, psychological, spiritual, scientific and life style
studies. I needed the best possible ways of thinking to look into
the various sides of life so I can understand and discover myself
and develop myself from my core from seed and become better
self each passing day. The tree is hidden inside a seed, and I was
looking for the seed I belong too. I am still. These research and
studies are evolving in nature.
It was difficult for me to associate a unique name to
each pillar because of the connections I see between many dots
they have. Connecting these dots are essential to see clear pictures,
like in a well directed movie each frame and scene are linked in
some way to present the story hidden in the overall span of the
film. Throughout this passage, I wrote explanations on the
importance, understanding, and practices on each essential pillar.
Ingredients inside each pillar will come together to help make an
integral whole. And this all contribute to empowering you.
I have also tried best to provide with ideas and rituals
to practice in creating harmony within you and on establishing
and maintaining a better self on a consistent basis. Consistency is
the key to Success, I read this in my school days in a notebook of
my childhood friend I borrowed to study few lessons of physics.
Sometimes we never knew, what we are going to learn and from
where. I dont really remember what lessons of physics I studied
from his notebook but I still remember words, CONSISTENCY
IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS. Its a major one. It went inside me.
And it has always been a great tool in my armory. I wish, for you
too it will be.

Some people look for motivation and courage to do things in life.
They strive for it. And when they dont find they get upset and
frustrated. And they stuck. It is a simple fact that to do something
you just need to do that thing once decided. Simple things, like
you wanna read you go read, you wanna play go play, wanna say
something say it. Look at it carefully; you will realize that this
motivation and courage are non-essential extra items in your path
stopping you to take the essential actions. Motivation and courage
are like busy people they are often not available when you need
them most they will say they are busy. They are not reliable friend
and those who are not reliable are not friend, run away from them.

concern they are the by-product of love. Learn and try to bypass

ABOUT ME

What about me? And Who I am? Like that. Its a good question.
I often ask myself? Who knows their own self? I never find
answers but I think I get closer, something gets unfold each time.
Self-questioning is a good thing, they induce our subconscious to
answer. So I think and ask and research and studies. And I craft;
write. In this way, an essential part of me is a philosopher, a
thinker, a researcher, a lifestyle designer and a student.

A part of me loves watching the beauty of sky, birds, trees, and I


try this with intimacy. Love! Some people say, with the sun going
down darkness comes. And some people see stars are coming out;
I like this one. And I look for the dazzling ones. It is amazing.
Like many of you, I went school, college and have families and
have friends. I too went to 9 to 5 type of job. I switched jobs four
times, and finally, I left jobs because, after a while, that was not
helping me in any way. It had become a daily routine of self-
suppression.

Today, I feel free, and doing things which help me to grow inside
out. And I assist other people to have the same freedom. New
journey! Yes, a part of it is tough, which is ok cuz it helps a lot. It
gives a lot of liberty, of time, of choices and of life in general. It
contributes to find my core and grow from there.

TWO ESSENTIAL MESSAGES

MESSAGE 01: Please grow at least 10 tree in life successfully and


create awareness in return of the number of trees cuts for your
usage. We cant deny we can not cut trees completely and 100 % go
green. This is not practical. We need to read books, have some
furnitures and other items in our house and offices. But what each
one of us can give back to our dear mother earth is at least 10
successfully grown tree. This is certainly doable. Please do that. It
is a humble request.
MESSAGE 02: Please leave or at least lower down the usage of
smokes, tobacco and specially psychoactive drugs just for the
purpose of going high. You may think you are high and feel like
awesome and this and that. You may feel like stress gone down,
pain gone down or maybe you feel like you got status quo. But at
the same time you are losing your intellect and most importantly,
your relationship with people you really want to be with. Many
young boys and girls are getting addicted to such things and they
are seeing unusual things they are losing the mind and they are
getting many big problems like hallucination, mental blackout,
logical reasoning disability, etc. Psychologically, you may show the
gestures of false confidence, but such external dependency is the
direct indication of lower levels of self esteem and inability of
brining up your true self expressions. And this thing if done for a
long time when become your habit are the ultimate recipe for
getting really sucked into misery and dejections in your life. And it
hurts people who love you. So if not for yourself, then at least for
others, take steps to leave such habits. Others, please, you also
help create awareness around people you know and try to help
those who are habituated and addicted, most of the time they are
helpless. At the same time I dont deny that there are medical
benefits of some drugs like Marijuana and medical scientists are
doing research in the field. So as long as your usage are prescribed
by any certified medical expert and if it is legal for your purpose
and in your country of living, thats all right.
