JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Management Trainee Centre Manager


Handle all centre activities related to Operations, Academics and Marketing;
Drive the centre to achieve revenue and result targets
Manage PR, liaisoning with colleges and institutes; generate reference in the market
Conduct Quantitative ability/Verbal ability sessions ( subject of choice) in CAT/CMAT/
GRE/ GMAT batches
Mentoring of students in accordance with the mission & vision at Endeavor
Constant Feedback to Students
Material Enhancement, fresh content development
Training and Development of Junior Faculties and Academic Associates

2. Management Trainee -Marketing Manager


Taking targets for enrolments & revenue for center(s)
Planning marketing activities & budget
Ensure achievement of taken targets for center(s)
Ensuring need based timely recruitment and training of subordinates - career advisors,
marketing executives, etc.
Vendor Management: dealing with vendors for best prices, quality job and timely delivery
Coordinating with academic, operations & publishing dept.
PR with colleges & conducting events for generating word of mouth and create brand
awareness
Preparing & analysing marketing reports

3. Management Trainee - EA to CEO


Right hand to the CEO essentially responsible for managing the operations of the CEOs
agenda.
Schedule, coordinate, prepare agenda, attend meetings and take minutes of the meeting.
Take actions items from the meeting and manage and execute projects accordingly.
Provide regular feedback/updates on the progress of assigned projects.
Manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines
Screen and prioritize communications and opportunities from external and internal
sources,
Must be a proactive, must be able to independently resolve problems or conflicts.
Organize; Maintain accurate records in an efficient manner
Represent the CEO in a professional and congenial manner in person, in telephone
conversations, and in written correspondence.
Perform research, as required
Handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
Produce reports as requested.
Work with management to ensure that all major risks of the company are identified and
analyzed, on a regular basis.

4. Management Trainee Human Resource

Manage HR Generalist activities which include Talent Management, Administration,


Policies & Processes, Compensation Employee engagement, Training & Development
etc.
Based on the requisitions received from the department heads , defines job
profile/remuneration package/qualification and experience ands obtains the approval to
source the candidates
Facilitating hiring and recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse
sources in a cost effective and timely manner
Provide information and reports on data such as staff turnover, references, cost per hire,
training hours per person, etc.
Monitor attendance/leaves for all employees and take corrective action in consultation
with HR Head where necessary.
Payroll processing every month with accurately accounting for statutory compliances.
Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
Analyzing training needs in conjunction with Department heads; planning training, and
delivering staff inductions.
Conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant.
Deal with non-performance in a professionally and legally compliant manner
Work on various employee engagement activities that contribute towards
Maintaining and ensuring all HR records/paperwork/filing is always organized and up
to date.
Plan for employees performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation
and developmet

Compensation Cost to the Company 8.5 lakhs/annum

Location: Anywhere in India
