edition of the Timber
Beast Adventure Race took
place in and near Evart
Saturday.
The triathlon included a
5K race, a 12-mile bicycle
event and a two-mile water
course in the Muskegon
River. Participants paddled
a mile upstream before
turning around to make
the journey back down
the river to complete the
course. Evarts Kevin Mills

the event. A lot of different athletes participated in the triathlon. Evart residents Nathan Woods and Kevin Mills ran neck-and-neck
