Gestin Pblica
La gestin de las polticas pblicas como parte del rol de Estado para
garantizar la satisfaccin de necesidades principales de los
ciudadanos, requiere el desarrollo y fortalecimiento de las
capacidades estatales e institucionales para lograr mayores niveles
de eficiencia y eficacia. Ello trae consigo dificultades propias del
sector y de la naturaleza de la intervencin tanto en mbito
estratgico como en el operativo que corresponde a los servicios, los
programas o proyectos, y que son materia de atencin tanto en las
instituciones del estado como de las instituciones privadas
comprometidas en la gestin de los mismos.
