The Duties of RTO 2 was been suspended from 21st June 2011 to by LTA. This was in-view
of the reduced quantity of structural supervision work required at that project phase. The Duties
of RTO 2 has been reactivated on 25th July 2011 with the introduction of Ms. Su Win.
