BACKGROUND [Natural gas has been used as fue for internal combustion ‘engines in consis locomotives. Because natural gas has & Tower volumetric energy density than traditional fuels, such asdiesel and gasoline, the natural gasused bythe locomotives, js generally only practical to store in a liquefied state CLNG"). At atmospheric pressures, the natural zs must be chilled to below about =160° C. to remain in liquid form. ‘Consists having LNG-fueled locomotives store the LNG is insulated tank ears (aKa, tender ears) that are wowed by the locomotive. An exemplary consist having an LNG-fueled Jocomotive coupled withadedieated tender cas disclosed in US. Pat. No, 6,408,766 of Mel anghlin that issued on Jun. 25, 2002. ‘Although the conventional method of coupling a dedicated tender car toa single locomotive helps to ensure an adequate supply of fuel for most travel routes, it can also be cumber- some and expensive, while also decreasing an efficiency of & ‘consist In particular, when multiple locomotives are required to pull a consis, the exira tender ears fone per locomotive) increase a component cost, operating eost, and maintenance ‘cost, and operating complexity ofthe consist In ation, the ‘ex tender cars increase an overall weight of the consist and ‘required capacity and fuel consumption ofthe lcomatives. The system a the present dselostre solves one or more of the problems set forth above andior other problems with ‘existing technologies, SUMMARY In one aspoct, the disclosure i drcoted toa fue distribu tion system fora consist, The fuel distribution system may inchudea first locomotive, a second locomotive anda tender ‘car. The fuel distribution system may also include atleast one pump located onboard the tender car, and atleast one sic ‘conduit attached tothe at lest one pump. The at least one ‘uid conduit may be configured to deliver gaseous fuel lrom the tender ar tothe frst and second locomotives Inanother aspect, the disclosure is directed to « method of
