I, Ruth Anne B. Galera, an incoming 3rd year student from the Faculty of Civil Law of University of
Santo Tomas, would like to request your good office to allow me to enroll this 1st semester of S.Y.
2017-2018, so that I may be able to continue pursuing my law degree in this prestigious school.

I am to take 17 units this semester whereby the total tuition fee would about to more or less Php
56,000 if paid in full. I am writing this promissory note for the reason that as of the moment, I can only
pay the amount of Php 10,000 because the release of the money I loaned is yet to be released early
September of this year. I hereby pledge to pay the remaining balance on September 15, 2017, once I
receive the loan I am expecting. I have no balance from the previous semester as it had already been
paid for. Attached herewith are my receipts of payment from the last semester of the previous school
year.

With this, I earnestly ask for your good office for your kind consideration as regards my request to be
allowed to enroll this semester.
