Under authority of the Georgia Open Records act I hereby file and request the following

1. An immediate inventory be provided of all dogs seized during the execution of aseae4ch

And seizure warrant executed February 23, 2917 for McLeods Property at 25 Beasley Road

And 1675 Liberty Church Road, reed, size, weight and color. Including Grooverville Methodist

Church property tract.

(a) This inventory must include listing of each individual dog seized with an individual kennel
card, exact unaltered copy of the photograph of each dog and a complete description of each dog
by breed, weight and color as required by the Georgia Animal Protection Act.

(b) A copy of any and all euthanization records of any of McLeods seized dogs

(c) A copy of all medical procedures performed on any and all dogs

(e) Reports of any dog/s that have died and autopsy reports of same.

(f) Name, physical location, mailing address, phone number, and names of executive directors

And supervisory personnel or individual/s of each and every animal shelter, rescue group,

Foster home or adoptee who has ever had custody of McLeods seized dogs and names of

Same who presently have custody of the dogs.


2. All documents showing a complete and immediate inventory seized from the Grooverville

Methodist Church property tract (both inside the building and the adjacent property grounds).

(a) Some of the seized property includes an extensive listing of legal documents seized

From the Grooverville Methodist Church building. These documents include files and file
Boxes of case filings and discovery material in a pending Brooks County State Case, Case filings,
answers and other legal documents in a Federal Court case currently pending in the Middle
District of the United States Courts. Some of these documents were stored in several briefcases
including a large grown leather legal briefcase containing state court discovery documents, a thin
green Samsonite briefcase seized from McLeods dwelling containing current State Court files.
(b) Numerous other legal materials including case files , legal opinions and orders, extensive legal
research materials and texts.

3. A complete inventory of the numerous computers, hard drives, computer printers, scanners,

Fax machines, audio and video equipment and other assorted equipment.

4. A complete inventory of all storage foot lockers, suit bags and all other container containing a
large inventory of mens clothing.

A more complete inventory of the missing seized items is attached hereto.

The Georgia Open Records request is a completely separate and distinct action from any
other action. AND an open records request must and shall be granted notwithstanding the
pendency of any other action (even a criminal action), See Millar v. Fayette County
and other authorities.

The ACT requires that you reply to this request within three (3) business days or you will be
subject to statutorily mandated penalties required by law. These penalties are enforced against
the individual personally as in Sheriff Randy Howard v. Sumter Free Press

I will appreciate your cooperation by fulfilling the above request within the mandated three
days.
