We have proof checked the structural part of the Loading Platform undertaken by Realtech
Foundations, Cochin.

We certify that to the best of our knowledge and belief, the structural work is carried out as per
prescribed applicable standards and codes, and the work is fit for its intended use.

This certificate is issued on the clear understanding that our overall responsibility for the
structural stability of the structure and its proper performance will cease the moment any
additions or alterations to the structural frame by accidents or due to tampering by the
users/occupants for any reasons whatsoever. Our responsibility will also cease in the event of
overloading or lack of proper maintenance of the structure or any such act, which is detrimental
to the structure.
