Hi,
Even after repeated reminders for Complaint No. 0475851211, the complaint is not being resolved. Plz give me in writing
that your after sales service is substandard and incompetent and you can not rectify the problem on time. With this I will
see you in consumer court. The complain was raised on 10th July and is not addressed till date, just Shame on you!
I am completely fed up with Bosch quality of product and the WORST service in the world. I regret today why dint I buy
Samsung or LG refrigerator.

Hi, its been 3 days of your email and yet there is no technician visit. How can you be so insensitive towards after sales
services. Please take back the refrigerator and refund the money.
Bosch Germany:
Please intervene. Your Indian team has become PASSIVE. They are simply registering the complaint and sleeping on it.
Its been 25 days and a simple door seal could not be changed. Pathetic service.

How can you be so SHAMELESS Bosch Service team. Its been one month and you could not change a door seal and
don't even bother to respond. This is height of SHAMELESSNESS. Bosch really SUCKS. I will throw out the refrigerator
on Saturday in front of the media.
