RESOLUCIN NMERO 1403 DE 2007

Por la cual se determina el Modelo de Gestin del Servicio Farmacutico, se adopta el Manual de
Condiciones Esenciales y Procedimientos y se dictan otras disposiciones.

EL MINISTRO DE LA PROTECCIN SOCIAL

En ejercicio de sus facultades legales, en especial, las conferidas por el numeral 2 del artculo 173
de la Ley 100 de 1993 y los artculos 18 del Decreto 2200 de 2005 y 2 del Decreto 205 de 2003

RESUELVE:

CAPTULO 1

DISPOSICIONES GENERALES

ARTCULO 1 - OBJETO. La presente resolucin tienen por objeto determinar los criterios
administrativos y tcnicos generales del Modelo de Gestin del Servicio Farmacutico y adoptar el
Manual de condiciones esenciales y procedimientos del Servicio Farmacutico.

ARTCULO 2.- CAMPO DE APLICACIN. El Modelo de Gestin del Servicio Farmacutico y el


Manual de Condiciones Esenciales y Procedimientos, as como las dems disposiciones contenidas
en la presente resolucin, se aplicarn a toda persona que realice una o ms actividades y/o
procesos del servicio farmacutico, especialmente, a los prestadores de servicios de salud,
incluyendo a los que operen en cualquiera de los regmenes de excepcin contemplados en el
artculo 279 de la Ley 100 de 1993 y a todo establecimiento farmacutico.

By which the Model of Management of the Pharmaceutical Service is determined, the Manual of
Essential Conditions and Procedures is adopted and other dispositions are dictated.

In the exercise of their legal powers, in particular those conferred by number 2 of article 173 of Law
100 of 1993 and articles 18 of Decree 2200 of 2005 and 2 of Decree 205 of 2003

RESOLVES:

CHAPTER 1

GENERAL DISPOSITION
ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE. The purpose of this resolution is to determine the general administrative
and technical criteria of the Pharmaceutical Service Management Model and to adopt the Essential
Conditions and Procedures Manual of the Pharmaceutical Service.

ARTICLE 2.- FIELD OF APPLICATION. The Model of Pharmaceutical Service Management and the
Manual of Essential Conditions and Procedures, as well as the other provisions contained in this
resolution, shall apply to any person performing one or more activities and / or processes of the
pharmaceutical service, Providers of health services, including those operating in any of the
exceptional regimes referred to in article 279 of Law 100 of 1993 and to any pharmaceutical
establishment.

5.1.5.1 The code of the sections of the documents consists of an alphabetical field (M, P, etc.) as it
belongs to the Quality Manual, a General Procedure, etc., accompanied by a correlative number.

Review, approval and issue

All documents must be reviewed before submitting for approval. Table 1 lists the persons responsible
for signing the review and approval. The review includes verifying that the content conforms to the
requirements of the quality management system established in the standard and the agreement with
the other documents of the System.

Before putting a document into use users are consulted and their observations are gathered,
incorporating the necessary modifications, to ensure that the content is understood and that all the
activities that allow to fulfill the objective of the content have been contemplated. Draft documents
and comments made are destroyed once the approved document is put into use.
