WHEREAS, any official position of the Province of Negros Oriental with respect to
laws , rules, or policies proposed to or pending before a local, province or National
governmental body or business unit functioning must have first
been adopted in the form of a Resolution by the
City in a group of people who advise or govern with the agreement of the Mayor; and

WHEREAS, putting into use of the Co2 and Ozzone protection Act has improved air quality
very much since 1946, reducing that dirty the air, oceans, etc. such as related to tiny particles of
dust,carbon belching , ground-
level ozone, gas, lead, sulfur, and nitrogen oxides between 47 and 93 percent;

and WHEREAS, this reduction in pollution has happened at the same time with a major growth both
in our making, selling, and buying industrial production, and it is presumed that the Co2 and Ozzone
protection Act's putting into use has produced benefits

and WHEREAS, in 2005, changes were made to the Co2 and Ozzone
protection Act to direct the provinces related to surrounding conditions or the health of the Earth
Protection, business/government unit/power/functioning EPA to reduce emmision pollution and any
harmful to the Co2 thru poisonous air or things that made the dirty the air, oceans, etc. ,

WHEREAS, the adoption of Air Poisonous Standards and the emmision

Carbon Pollution Standard will positively hit and affect the health and
well-being of residents of Negros Oriental, of Municipalities,
And cities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, with the agreement of theMayor, that
by the adoption of this Resolution, the City of Negros Oriental hereby includes in its 2016-2017
national Law-based Program SUPPORT for fully putting into use and enforcing the the Co2 and Ozone
protection Act related to the recent Air Poisonous Standards rule and the Carbon
Pollution Standard and OPPOSITION for any attempt to delay or weaken these important health of the
Earth survival.
