Proposal

I. Title: FAILING FORWARD

II. Rationale
As humans, failure is inevitable. At some point in our lives, we experienced
disappointments, rejections and failures we cannot avoid it, it is part of the
process. But what is important is on how we face those experiences. It is a
normal human reaction to feel sad because of failures, but you have to learn how
to appreciate and use your failures for your advantage. If youre failing, you
have to fail forward.

III. Objectives
This session aims to teach the students on how to view things on another
perspective specifically failures. This session will make the students realized
that failures can be appreciated and be used for their advantage as a
motivation to do better and to be better.
