10.15-10.45 a.m. Learning Objectives: By the end of the lesson, my pupils should be able to:
4 Budi a) name at least 2 places in their communities
b) state at least 2 activities that they do there
Attendance : c) name at least 1 favourite place
4B: d) state at least 1 reason why it is their favourite place
Focus words: community hall, bookshop, clinic, food court, school, furniture shop, supermarket, coffee
shop
Impact: Time: 60 minutes
Teaching Aids: Text book, pictures, printed worksheet.
CCE/EE: Creative: Multiple Intelligences
Activities:
1) Teacher shows a picture of one place in the community.
2) Pupils are divided into groups.
3) Each group has to think of one place found in their community.
4) Pupils have to give three examples of activities that they can do there.
5) Pupils will be guided by the teacher to write in the worksheet given.
