Sub: Mess Registration for Jan-Mar08 Sem.

FOR ATTN OF ALL THE STUDENTS :

It is hereby informed that all students are required to register for Mess and pay an amount
of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) towards Mess Charges, covering the period Jan
Mar08. Please note that at the end of II Semester (i.e. in Apr08), the actual amount of
Advance paid by the students for both the semesters vis--vis actual mess charges will be
calculated and accordingly, the refunds/dues will be settled.

01 Mode of Payment :

Payment will be accepted only thro DD/SBH-HTC drawn in favour of IIII
STUDENTS MESS A/c and the same to be handed over to Hostel Admn. Office
between 11 AM to 01 PM & 03 to 05 PM on or before 07/01/2008 (excepting 06/01/08
SUNDAY). Please mention on back of DD/Cheque, Name
Of Student, Roll No, Course & Room No without fail before handing over to Hostel
Admn. Office. NO CASH PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED.

02 Late Payment/Cheque Return Penalties :

Rs.500/- will be collected from the student in case of late payment i.e. from 08.01.2008.
Also, an amount of Rs.500/- is payable by the student in case of dis- honor of the
cheque/return by he banker for whatsoever reason it may be.

03 Mess Exemption : (Inturnship or Medical)

Mess Exemption is to be obtained by the student in case of Inturnship (UG-4/PG
II Year Students) in writing from the concerned Faculty and the same should be
submitted to Hostel Admn. duly authorized by Dr Harjinder Singh Mess
Warden. In case of Medical reasons, student should furnish Medical Certificate
with endorsement from the Institutes Medical Officer duly authorized by Mess
Warden.

04 Penalty for Non-Registration of Mess :

A Penal amount of Rs.500/Month is to be paid by the student in case of Non-
Registration of Mess (whether it is a Semester or entire Academic Year) other
than Inturnship/Medical Reasons, whatsoever.
