SEQUENCE

1. A 10mm thick steel plate to be installed to the

side wall of existing box culvert by 8 no. of M16 or
M12 stud anchor bolts as the function of the
temporary plug for the opening of pipe
connection.
2. During the bolting process, one 3mm thick
neoprene gasket to be inserted between the steel
plate and side wall surface in order to prevent
leakage occurred.

3. After the installation of the temporary plug, the

200mm thick block wall (for safety purpose) and
quadshore supports to be demolished inside the
existing box culvert.

4. Finally, after the new drainage system can be

functioned, remove the temporary plug and repair
the bolt holes on the side wall surface of existing
box culvert by the plastic mixing condition of
Scoretech ST-NSG non-shrink grout.
