HR and Finance
-HR & Finance team management to support project operations; serving as the primary contact
person for all HR and finance matters in the project
-Planning and implementing systems, norms and procedures for the administration of human and
financial resources of the project as well as for the control, evaluation and reporting of such processes
to project management and coordination office
-Administrating personnel policies and procedures concerning recruitment, appointment, benefits, and
other matters of national staff performance and need analysis; objectives and development plans
-Liaison with supervisors to ensure that the position descriptions of the staff are reflecting their work
and are updated
-Conducting briefings to new expats/ employees / guests about project information, Rules Regulations
and code of conduct. Maintaining expat matrix; perdiems, visa related procedures, in-country
registrations, flights records
-Managing project finances; financial performance, expenditures, financial forecasts and reporting
-UNIFIELD accounting; recording and validation, reconciliations and month end closing
-Budget preparation, inputs and estimation; SCP and ACP streamlining with PC, FinCo and HRCo
-Supervising project administration, accounting and documentation (supporting documents for
incurred and reported expenses, human resources archive and procurements procedures)
-Developing and implementing staff development programs; organizing approved training matrix
Logistics
-Field logistics support; field transport requests, calculation and arrangements
-Logistics mapping; supply and distribution networking
-Logistics resource optimization; storage, transport services and team utilization
-Stock management: availability, coverage level and storage plans
-Customer services; qualitative measures towards satisfactory services, claims & disbursement
-Supply chain management; market analysis, RFQs, and procurement of goods/services
-Fleet & generators utilities, fulfilling filed requests, maintenance & consumption records
-Assets management; premises and equipment upkeep; assets repairs, replacement/disposal
-Maintaining filing system; archiving and disposal
