to express and present topics pertaining to urban school reform and academic achievement very well. Her
creative imagination allows her to make professional development interesting to all faculty members and
community partners. Ms. Miller has the academic background, physical energy, and drive to do a good job in
any school district or corporation.

Ms. Millers professional development experience has given her the opportunity to understand the learning
process to an exceptional degree. For example, Ms. Miller implemented the ArtReach program to improve the
academic outcomes of urban students. I also can convey her moral qualities are above reproach. Ms. Millers
personal characteristics such as patience, consideration, emotional stability, and good judgment are her greatest
assets.
