Name of Company: RRAPJEL COMPANY

RRAPJEL was established because of having the same goals and plans of
each partner which is to persuade the Filipinos in drinking natural and
nutritious energy drinks instead of the existing processed energy drinks in
the market. RRAPJEL wants to produce an energy booster drinks that will
not just make the consumers active, alert, alive and energized but also
makes them healthy and prevent them from sickness. Enerjuice will be the
name of the product which is an energy juice drink that is made of organic
raw materials. It is made of fresh and natural fruits that contain a lot of
nutrients.
RATIONALE 4

Filipinos are known for being hardworking and industrious. They are
working zealously for their dreams and for their families. Sometimes
because of overwork they forget to take care of themselves. They spend
most of their time working, studying, helping and caring for others which
become the reason why they feel sick, tired, weak, stressed and
depressed.

Some Filipinos used to buy energy drinks just to gain again their energy
to feel alive, active and alert again. Energy drinks are widely promoted as
products that increase alertness and enhance physical and mental
performance which is because of its two main ingredients, the sugar and
caffeine. The amounts of caffeine in energy drinks vary but the large
amount of it may cause serious heart rhythm, blood flow and blood
pressure problems. It may also be the cause of anxiety, sleep problems,
digestive problems and dehydration. It is already known that caffeine is
harmful when intake too much. Because of being concern about the health
of every Filipinos, RRAPJEL decided to establish a business and produce a
product that will really help Filipinos in gaining back their energy again after
a stressful and exhausted work.

We propose the Enerjuice, a natural energy juice drink that will benefit all
Filipinos whether how old are you and what is your status in life. We offer
the Enerjuice because we want to spread in the world the importance and
advantages of eating or drinking natural fruits every day.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The RRAPJEL Enerjuice is located nearby the University of Perpetual Help


System-GMA Campus where in one of our customers are mostly students.
We know the struggle of everyone in their daily living. They are getting tired
and exhausted from their daily works which causes the draining of their
energy. We made the RRAPJEL Enerjuice to help them boost their energy
and iron to be able to work again.

The students, faculties, employees and other people which are the target
market of RRAPJEL Enerjuice will surely like this energy juice drink and
they have an opportunity to choose whatever flavors they want that will suit
their taste. RRAPJEL Enerjuice will provide a combination of tasty and
nutritious drinks at affordable price with a nice packaging and a very good
and suitable atmosphere. It can be consumed while walking around the
campus or hanging out with friends.

Our new and improving economy today needs more productive and healthy
individuals. We need men who can work efficiently and excellently. The
students, workers, employees, and professionals should maintain and take
care of their health because they are the factors for the development of our
economy.

RRAPJEL's Enerjuice will have a big contribution in producing and


maintaining healthy individuals. The said energy juice drink will help them
to stay alert, active and healthy inspire of the stressful and tiredly works.
Although they are facing a lot of problems, they can still think and decide
properly because of having a healthy and relax minds through drinking
Enerjuice.

TECHNOLOGY

Because of our present generation, which is the world of technology,


RRAPJEL's Enerjuice can now be prepared easily and creatively. With the
use of new and improved technology, the Enerjuice can be processed
accurately and can always assure its availability in the market because of
the continuous productions.

ECOLOGY

Natural and fresh fruits are the main ingredients in manufacturing the
RRAPJEL's Enerjuice. Having different fruits as the main ingredients,
people will enjoy and appreciate the natural resources of our Mother Earth.
More individuals can now understand the importance of the natural
products and resources in their lives. More individuals can now get the
benefits of the fruits in their everyday living. Because of this, the people will
take an extra care of the environment and of the plants and natural
resources that it provides.

GOVERNMENT

With a flourishing economy, the Philippines offer great opportunities for


investments and business development. Before building up a small
business like the RRAPJEL Enerjuice, there are certain government
regulations to take note. Before the business can go fully operational, it
must secure the necessary licenses and certificate of registration. The
RRAPJEL Enerjuice is a Partnership type of business organization. For
partnerships or corporations to be able to register, a certificate of
registration must be obtained from the Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC). A homeowner's clearance is required if the business
will operate within the village or subdivision. The business must secure a
barangay clearance and acquire a community tax certificate (CTC). With
complete requirements, it must secure a business license or mayor's permit
at the local government unit (municipality or city hall office). A business tax
payer identification number (TIN) from the Bureau of Internal Revenue
(BIR) must be obtained along with an SSS number (for the business and
employees). The business should also register with Home Development
Mutual Fund (HDMF), Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth), and
Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

LEGAL

In order to legalize our small business, we will consult a lawyer that will
help us to build the RRAPJEL Enerjuice nearby the school and also to
complete the requirements needed for the business.

SOCIO-CULTURAL

The socio-cultural environment has an effect on the business and internal


decision-making process. The business must be aware of changes in the
culture and societies. What was popular last 10 years ago may not be
popular today and in the next few years. The RRAPJEL Enerjuice is ready
to adjust from the different changes that might happen in the Philippines
and to its surroundings so the consumers will still purchase the product and
make the business to gain profit.

RRAPJEL chose a good supplier of fruits with a good pricing that do not
affect much the price of the product, a supplier where they can have a
clean transactions and a supplier that will surely bring all the raw materials
in good condition. The supplier that is not currently a supplier of other rival

LESTERALE is a well-known supplier of fresh fruits and vegetables.


RRAPJEL made LESTERALE as their supplier of fresh fruits. Through the
supplies of LESTERALE they can assure that the fruits they will purchase
are fresh and organic.

Customers

Students, faculties, employees and nearby residents of the University are


the target customers of RRAPJEL's Enerjuice. Most of them belong to
middle and upper class which also considered in pricing the Enerjuice
where it will be more affordable unlike other energy drinks. Through the
target market, RRAPJEL will also accepting feedbacks and suggestions for
the improvement and development of the product.

New Entrants

The location of the business is very open for the establishment of other
new businesses that is why RRAPJEL is always ready for the entrance of
new competitors in the market. They assure that the taste, the quality, the
style and how the product packaged is unique and attractive to the
customers in order to be continuously in demand which can outperform its
rivals.

Substitute Products

RRAPJEL's Enerjuice is a unique energy juice drink therefore; customers


cannot go and find other sellers that will offer the same product like
Enerjuice. RRAPJEL will assure the availability of Enerjuice in order to
sustain the demand and needs of the customers.

There are already existing energy drinks in the market. Compare to other
big companies who offer energy drinks, RRAPJEL's Enerjuice have a lots
of advantages in terms of human's health. Although the rival companies of
it are already waving its success in the field of business, RRAPJEL's

creating the best strategy to outperform those companies. RRAPJEL's

and we offer RRAPJEL's Enerjuice at a lower and affordable cost.

Location Strategy

We choose Area K GMA, Cavite as market because there are many people
around the area who have a very busy lifestyle. Examples are the students,
workers, vendors, and drivers. Area K is a very crowded place and it is a
good spot to place our business since there are many possible markets.

We target on workers, students, vendors, drivers, and other people who


have a busy lifestyle but still want to be energetic and still want to be
healthy.

Production / Operational Plan

In our initial stage, we will rent out a space located nearby the
University of Perpetual Help System-GMA Campus. This facility will
accommodate the store, storage, and the kitchen where we will make the
RRAPJEL energy juice drink. The rent for the space will be PHP 5, 000.00
per month. We will be the employees who will maintain the manufacturing
of the product. The operation of the business will be 7 days a week that will
start from 7:00 in the morning till 10:00 in the evening. We are targeting on
producing a minimum of 50 cups a day.

The supply for the ingredients of our product is provided by our


supplier which is the LESTERALE Fruits and Veggies. They will provide us
certain fruits we need which are the Pineapple, Mango, Cherry, Strawberry,
Peach, Banana and Lemon. They will also supply as the natural honey and
the fresh coconut's juice that will serve as the sweetener and water in our
Enerjuice.

Each of the partners had their capital contributions in order to


produce a capital for establishing the business. Nivera will invest P10,
000.00, for Manaig P5, 000.00, Geli, a sum of P9, 000.00, Cordova will also
invest an amount of P7, 000.00 and lastly, Martinez for a cash of P5,
000.00. Artiaga will contribute the juicer with additional cash of P4, 000.00
and Bulauan will also contribute computer equipment and as cash of P10,
000.00.

All partners of RRAPJEL Partnership are excellent, skilled and have
absolute credentials in putting up and managing a business like this.

The manager and assistant manager have high skills in managing the
RRAPJEL's energy juice drinks because of having a business before which
is a bakery shop and a sari-sari store. They are excellent in how to keep
the business stable and profitable. Both are also assigned in technical
department for having knowledge about technical aspects. While, the
Marketing Sales, Manager and the HR are both expert on advertising the
product. They have the unique ability on how to gain customers through
their creative minds in creating the packaging and the atmosphere
attractive.

There is also the General Operation Manager who is skilled in creating and
preparing the product. She and the assigned personnel in customer service
have the ability on how to make the product tastes good and will surely
make the target market keep on buying it. There were also assigned
personnel in accounting department that have an excellent decision making
in terms of financial aspects.

Each partner's extensive experience and knowledge in service and


management of this business will provide a foundation for the success of
the RRAPJEL's Enerjuice.
