carried out in a financial economics course at Yale. It involves a fun and lively auction,

(C) Benefits for Students


Many students go into Year 5-6 thinking that the strategies they have used in the past to
achieve success will continue to work. However, the truth is that Year 5-6 is completely
different, and will require them to use different strategies in order to achieve success at
this stage. This workshop will highlight what some of these different strategies are.

Actuarial science is the discipline that utilizes mathematical and statistical methods to
assess (quantify and measure) risk in insurance and finance. An Actuary is a professional
designation that is obtained by passing a series of professional examinations in
