Throttle -Idle Flaps -Set Vents/Heat/Air -CLOSE
Brakes -Apply Master -OFF Extinguisher -Activate
Flaps -UP Doors -Unlatch Cabin -Ventilate
Mixture -Idle Cutoff Touchdown slightly tail low
Ignition -OFF Brakes -Apply WING FIRE
Master -OFF Pitot Heat -OFF
FIRE-DURING START Nav Lights -OFF
ENGINE FAILURE- IMMIDIATELY AFTER TAKEOFF Cranking -Continue Strobe Lights -OFF
Airspeed -65 KIAS If Engine Starts Ldg./Taxi Light -OFF
Flaps -Set Throttle -1700 RPM Slip Aircraft
Mixture -Idle Cutoff Area -Reposition Land W/O Flaps
Fuel -OFF Engine -Shutdown
Ignition -OFF If Engine Fails to Start OVER VOLTAGE
Master -OFF Cranking -Continue Master -OFF
Extinguisher -Obtain Master -ON
ENGINE FAILURE- DURING FLIGHT Master -OFF Over-Volt Light -Conf. OFF
Airspeed -65 KIAS Ignition -OFF
Mixture -Rich Fuel -OFF AMMETER DISCHARGE- LOW VOLTAGE
Carb Heat -ON Evacuate/Extinguish Fire Alt. Circuit -Reset
Fuel -ON Master -OFF
Ignition -L/R/Both ENGINE FIRE-IN FLIGHT Master -ON
Primer -Locked Mixture -Idle Cutoff If Low Voltage Persists
Seat Belts -Fastened Fuel -OFF Alternator -OFF
Landing Area -Select Cabin Heat/Air -CLOSE Non-Ess. Equip. -OFF
If engine fails to start Master -OFF
Proceed with Emergency Airspeed -100 KIAS FLAT TIRE-LANDING
Landing Proc./Checklist Proceed with Emergency Flaps -Set
Landing Proc./Checklist Approach -Normal
EMERGENCY LANDING- (NO RE-START) Touchdown -Good Tire
Airspeed 60-65 KIAS ELECTRICAL FIRE-IN FLIGHT
Mixture -OFF Master -OFF ICING ENCOUNTER
Fuel -OFF Switches -OFF Pitot Heat -ON
Ignition -OFF Vents/Heat/Air -CLOSE Turn Back/Change Altitude
Flaps -Set Extinguisher -Activate Carb Heat -ON
Master -OFF Cabin -Ventilate Throttle -Increase
Doors -Unlatch If Fire is Extinguished and electrical power is necessary Mixture -Set
Touchdown slightly tail low Master -ON Cabin Heat -Full ON
Brakes -Apply Circuit Breakers -No Reset Nearest Suitable Landing Site
Equipment -ON Prepare for higher stall speed
PRECAUTIONARY LANDING Vents/Heat/Air -ON Use higher approach speed
Airspeed -65 KIAS Window -OPEN
Flaps -20 Land without flaps/lvl attitude
Landing Area -Over fly
