stored in a digital format at Director General of Income-Tax (DGIT) office.
Initially , IT Deptt thought it was a mere case of Tax Evasion but it turned out to be a rotting can of worms

"Although names of many politicians are doing the rounds in the I-T case involving Qureshi, investigations revealed
Qureshi actually has been fixing deals in CBI and laundering illicit money of certain senior officers of the anti-graft
agency," said a CBDT official privy to details of investigations. The I-T probe findings, which have been shared with the
finance ministry, show that Qureshi has been helping Junior Officers in the CBI for many years, implying that those who
joined the agency later may have been introduced to the meat exporter by seniors in the organization.

According to the source, a former CBI director had rented out his house (C-134, Defence Colony), registered in his
mothers name to Moin Qureshi, a Hawala Dealer for office space. The bribe money, which the former CBI director
received from a corporate named in 2G case, is allegedly routed by Qureshi via Dubai-London route.

The IT authority is certain that the businessman allegedly holds assets on behalf of CORRUPT but powerful government
Bureaucrats. The prime accused in this case is former CBI director ( A.P Singh ) whose name has come under scrutiny.
The seized documents show Qureshi was allegedly working as a middleman on behalf of this CBI director and in many
sensitive cases the accused have paid huge bribes, which were traced to Dubai bank accounts. A number of seized
lockers have been opened and the contents show Qureshi had a cozy relationship with the former CBI director ( A.P
Singh ) and a powerful political secretary ( Ahmed Patel ) in town.

Interestingly, this former CBI director was handling sensitive cases related to the 2G scam, the coal scam and other
headline-grabbing cases where allegations were raised that the investigations never reached logical end.
From the seized documents and Qureshis telephonic conversations it is evident that he was in touch with several
powerful businessmen who were facing various kinds of CBI investigations. He was playing the role of a middleman in
settling these cases in exchange of huge monetary benefits. Sources said most of these HAWALA transactions were not
directly linked to the officers but routed through DUMMIES , inorder to hide the ultimate beneficiaries in many of these
transactions.

It should be obvious that CORRUPT Bureaucrats were appointed DELIBERATLY as as CBI Director , not only to
weaken the case but also to make BIG money from scamsters.

Jail for an eternity, even for the most minor offense. Every time you will go to court they will give you another
date, this cycle will keep going on and on.

Decades after India became independent, genuine and committed freedom fighters were still rotting in Jail until
1970s and all British Era Newspapers like The Times of India simply ignored them. The then ruling
