not be made available to any Agency of the State or Federal
Government without prior approval of the Court. (c/m 5/26/77 nf)
June 10 (12) Order (Rosenberg,U.S. Mag.) permitting Defendant to leave the District of
Maryland on conditions as therein set forth.
JUDGMENT: The Court finds that Defendant was twenty-two (22) years of age at
the date of conviction and is eligible for handling under the Federal Youth
CorrectionsAct, as extended by the Young Adult Offenders Act (18:4216)
IT IS ADJUDGED that the Defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the
Attorney General or his authorized representativefor treatment and supervision,
pursuant to Title 18, U.S.C., Section 5010(b) until discharged by the United
States Parole Commission as provided in Title 18, U.S.C., Section 5017(c).
IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED that the Defendant serve Ninety (90) days in a jail-type
or treatment institution.'andthat the execution of the service of the remainder
of the sentence of imprisonmentis suspended, and the defendant is placed on
probation for a period of Four (4) years commencing as of July 21, 1977,
pursuant to Title 18, U.S.C., Section 3651, upon the usual conditions of
Probation and the following special conditions: (1) That the defendant comply
with all Federal, State and Local Laws; (2) That before the Defendant's
incarceration,and subsequent thereto, the defendant maintain a program of
psychiatric or psychologicaltreatment for such period of time as the Probation
Officer and therapist believe is appropriate; (3) That the Defendant appear
on September 7, 1977, at the institution designated for service of the initial
part of his sentence in accordance with this Court's Order of July 21, 1977,
The Court recommends commitment of Springfield Medical Center for FederaL
Prisoners, Springfield,Mo., Order (Miller, J.) dated July 21, 1977.
