I, Wei-Ming Chi, have a broad technical background with an excellent knowledge of networking from bottom
to top and hands-on experience. I am very familiar with internetworking based on Cisco and Nortel
equipments. I have acquired this by courses, trainings and years of practice. Security aspect has my special
attention. I have done several Cisco security trainings and I am currently working on CEH, certified ethical
hacking course.

My education at the Technical University Delft with Industrial Organisation as my major, made me aware of
the necessity of having a good understanding of total business processes. My education has contributed to an
excellent knowledge of understanding general structured issues.
This understanding combined with my IT-expertise learnt on the job made me a highly valued employee. My
methodology is the "top-down view" according to the System Theory (Bolding) and the 'Black Box" approach.
By using my ability to zoom in and out and an excellent “helicopter view” to approach in certain cases. I am
capable to deal with the most difficult situations from the right point of view.

My vision has been heightened by the experiences of past projects in setting up, organizing, managing, and
migrating of LAN /WAN infrastructures and Internet access. My experiences cover the entire area from
technical specialist to project leadership. As a technical project manager I have been valued extremely through
my involvement and the creative thinking to achieve the goal of the customer.

Making an IST- steady state model using system theory and black box approach.
Using this quality model the quantity figures can be derived by the explicit
component flow.
The bottle neck can be identified and action can be suggested and new procedure
can be simulated and proposed.
Results : Report is approved to be graduated.
The conclusion of the report was to improve the logistics of spare assets; by use a
scientific formula to calculate the cost and possible case in which failure of
component will need a spare part. By using MTBF and costs you can optimise the
change of no spare parts and by minimizing the costs.
