Missing Parts Info system

Definition:-

When creating / Releasing a process order or production order,


reservation will be created for its dependant required components.
It is possible to check the availability of all its required components
after carrying out the availability check.

Missing parts info system will display the list of shortage item with
production order or process order reference for any given period of
time.

Objective :-

This document explains how to display the missing parts information.

Prerequisites:-

ATP check completed for process orders.

Menu path :-

Logistics Production - Process Process Order Reporting


CO24 - Missing Parts Info System
1. Press Twice CO24 Missing Parts Info System.
2. Update the following required and optional fields:

Field Name Values


Plant Enter value in Plant.

Requirement Enter value in


s date Requirements date.
Example: One
week in the past
to Enter value in to.

Layout Enter the standard


profile. E.g
000000000001

3. The standard report layout can be modified by adding or deleting
fields. To do so, Press Fields Button .

3. Page down the list of fields by using the slide-bar on the right
side of the column fields
4. Press Order for example.
5. Press Column left Button .
6. Press Copy Enter Button .

7. For a detailed view of the stock information for the material, tick
the box for a material and then select the menu path:
EnvironmentS tock overview..

8. Press Execute Button .

Stock display screen will appear.

9. Press Back F3 .

10. For a detailed view of the planning information for the material,
tick the box for a material and then select
EnvironmentStock/requirements list..
11. Press Back F3 .
12. For a detailed view of the availability check for the material, tick
the box for a material and then select EnvironmentAvailability
overview..
13. Press Back F3 .

14. For a detailed view of the process orders affected by the


component availability, select the row and click
15. Press Back F3 .

16. Press Enter .
