1. Facts:

-The company that youre working in is an outsourcing company,

-The information that you heard about outsourcing another firm is only just a rum
or

-at least 3 out 10 will be working full time on the system support and maintenanc
e.

2. Identity of the stakeholder.

-Internal stakeholder: Employees and company External Stakeholder: Clients

I will not break the new to my team because in the first place Im not sure i
n the information that I heard its just a rumor. Second I dont have supporting d
etails in the information that I heard. And if you leaked that information that you a
re uncertain that can affect your company, you can be held liable and they can fil
e a lawsuit against you.

And it will not just harm the company but also the employees and the effici
ency of the output that we can give to our client. Leaking the information will not
helping my co-workers at all but putting myself in danger. And after all, at least 3
members in my team are going to work full time in the project that Im in.

Instead of breaking the news, I will ask my manager if its true and if it is th
en I will ask them to tell it to my team because we have a right to know everythin
g that might affect us. Like the affect that might happen if I will leak the informatio
n that I heard.
