Classroom Wish List Board Instructions

Supplies*:

Black tri-fold board

Foam board
Hot glue gun
Glue
Spray adhesive
Scissors
Tape
Black marker
Printer

Directions:
1. Print out the pocket template on pg. 5.
2. Cut down the middle on the dotted line to split the page in half, giving you two pocket templates.
Cut along the black lines to leave you with the pocket, sides, and bottom tabs.
3. Print out 2 square pictures of your teachers. Glue the photo to the pocket, leaving enough space
underneath the photo to write the teachers name with a black marker.
4. Print and cut out the hats on pg. 3. Stick them to the teacher photos with glue.
5. Fold the side and bottom tabs back. Apply glue to the tabs and place the completed pocket to the
tri-fold.
6. Print the BOOKS FOR TEACHERS CLASSROOMS message on pg. 4. Tile it together and glue to
the top of the board.
7. Print and tile together the WANTED! sign on pgs. 5-6. Mount the sign onto foam board with spray
adhesive. Attach the board to the top back of the tri-fold board with hot glue and/or tape.
8. Have the teachers fill out the Classroom Wish List donation slips and insert them into the wanted
sign pockets.

project should be fun and creative, so use
supplies you have on hand for substitutions.
