the site, you can consider the 2 site 2527,2659 as and example I collect IMT
for
both of them and also HFB, and KPIs reports before and after,

Please focus on the 2 sites we mentioned as they the only having the issue
when I collect the logs, ignore right now any other sites, as I said in the
beginning of the AR we take these 2 sites as example because the issue was
presetting on them and solved after doing MIB rebuild for the 2 sites,

So to avoid this alarm need to give stable clock to these two Node Bs and
keep a check on indicator UnspecifiedPSRABEstablishmentFailure, as MIB
rebuild will help temporary.
Share your observation once you perform this action for these two sites.

If there any issue with clock , the sites should instable after the rebuild
for
some time and came back to the abnormal behavior of the unspecifiedRAB,
what I
observe on the NW that I faced this issue with lot of sites before and issue
solved by rebuild and no any site reported again that it have the same
problem!,
FYI. We already had AR-1-5522436 before for PTP sync issue and support
confirmed
that no impact on the KPIs due to it and also its due to the TX
instability,

They have observed this issue suddenly since last months which is Sporadic

All Logs are available on FTP Server 135.240.25.160 wftp/wftp under
