Corruption

Definitions:

Corruption - wrongdoing by those in a special position of trust. The term is


commonly applied to self-benefiting conduct by public officials and others
dedicated to public service.

Corrupt 1. Marked by immorality; depraved. 2. Open to bribery; dishonest: a


corrupt mayor. 3. Archaic. Tainted; putrid. 4. To make or become corrupt.

Bribery, in law, the illegal influencing of any person in the exercise of a public
duty through the payment of money or anything of value. In the code set down by
the Babylonian king Hammurabi, bribery was a punishable offense. By modern
common law and statute, the tenderer and the solicitor of bribes are equally
culpable.

Signs of Corruption:

1. Stealing electricity
2. You always have to negotiate price.
3. Lot of toll roads
4. The police always want you passport.
5. Bribes requested
6. Not prices on products for sale.
7. People will not talk about the government.

PNP (Philippines National Pulis) corruption and extortion done in Balibago/Angeles City
Pampanga off Fields Ave. Definately be aware of PNP Lou Tan and his fellow PNP
officers in KC 42 Fields Ave Pampanga, if they don\\\'t get money (pera) or things they
feel of value. They will make fasle charges, arrest you, beat you if they can, drag you to
the bank to get pera (don\\\'t do it no matter what they say), and write up bogus and
unfound charges to extort money from you or your friends. Also don\\\'t let your friends
get involve, cause the more people you bring in the picture, the more pera they want.
Next thing your paying for an attorney, who is just as corrupted as they are and getting
nowhere cause they all in it together. You know this to be true, when your attorney,
despite your Embassy telling you for your safety does the contrary for you safety and
wellbeing. Don\\\'t pay, cause it just give fuel to the fire that they can demand and get
what they want, knowing it is completely illegal and wrong. Report it immediate to your
Embassy and DILG AND HIGHER GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS IN MANILA. Be
careful who your attorney is AND MAY YOU NOT BE IN SUCH AN INCIDENT AS I
