address at Caritan Sur, Tuguegarao City do hereby APPOINT LORNA
CLEMENTE likewise of legal age, with postal address at Mercury Drugs, Hotel
Delfino, Bonifacio St., Centro, Tuguegarao City as my true and legal
representative to act for and in my name and stead and to perform the
following acts:

To withdraw, get and receive the amount of P5,000.00 pesos from the cash
bond I posted in behalf Elsie Basa and thereafter to sign for and in my name
and act in lieu of me for acts I should have performed if personally present;

HEREBY GRANTING unto my representative full power and authority to

execute and perform every act necessary to render effective the special power to
withdraw, get and receive, as though myself, have so performed it, and
HEREBY APPROVING ALL that she may do by virtue hereof with full right of
substitution of his person and revocation of this instrument.
