AFFIDAVIT OF ADJUDICATION OF ESTATE

OF A DECEASED PERSON

I, ZACH VIKTOR K. NABOR, of legal age, Filipino, single,

residing in Block 19, Lot 25, Yang Street, Amida Subdivision,
Barangay Sindalan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines,
after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, state

1. That I am the only heir of my father MARKUS O. NABOR,

who died on July 20, 2016 in the City of San Fernando, as
evidenced by his Death Certificate issued by the City of San
Fernando hereto attached as Annex A;

2. That at the time my fathers death, no will and testament to

his estate was established.

3. That he left is a parcel of land consisting of seventy-five

square meters (75 sq m) located in Lot 3, Purok 1, Barangay
Pulung Bulo, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, described in
TCT No. 296729 hereto attached as Annex B;

4. That with accordance to Rule 74, Section 1 of the Rules of

Court, I hereby adjudicate unto myself the described
property by means of this Affidavit and hereby file the same
with the Register of Deeds of City of San Fernando with the
request that the said adjudication be made effective without
need for judicial proceeding;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 9th

day of September 2019 in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga,
Philippines.
