13.Incase,onapartyeticketorafamilyeticketissuedfortravelofmorethanonepassenger,somepassengershaveconfirmedreservationand
othersareonRACorwaitinglist,fullrefundoffare,lessclerkage,shallbeadmissibleforconfirmedpassengersalsosubjecttotheconditionthatthe
ticketshallbecancelledonlineoronlineTDRshallbefiledforallthepassengersuptothirtyminutesbeforethescheduleddepartureofthetrain.
14.ForSuvidhaTrain,only50%refundisallowedincaseofcancellationofConfirm/RACticketsupto6hoursbeforethescheduleddepartureofthe
trainorpreparationofchartwhicheverisearlier.
15.IncaseofTrainCancellation,fullrefundwillbegrantedautomaticallybytheSystem.
16.Passengersareadvisednottocarryinflammable/dangerous/explosive/articlesaspartoftheirluggageandalsotodesistfromsmokinginthetrains.
