If you want to understand some of the normal exercises that Chinese people do, it is best for you to wake up early and go to the park and walk a
bit. Early in the morning in the park, boys, girls, young and old are all there. If you walk into the park you can hear music; following the sound
walk and look and see a women doing fitness exercise. Next to her there are also people practicing their dancing. A bit more peaceful group is the
people doing tai chi, in the midst of them most are 40 to 50 years old and upward. If youre interested then you can stand by them and also practice
and learn with them. There are also some other uncommon forms of kung fu, usually there is an old woman over there dancing with a sword
practicing her kung fu or a young man punching a tree. Of course there are many people in the park who jog and take walks. Also there are two or
three old men that sit under that tree and play chess and let birds out of there cages to get some fresh air. Many parks also have sports fields and
swimming pools, because tennis, badminton, basketball, and swimming are all favorite sports of the Chinese people.
