Project description:

The Alia Apartments residential complex is located near

the Kiseleff historical boulevard and five minutes from the
Triumphal Arch and Herstru Park area, providing 124
apartments, 227 parking places and 45 storage rooms.

The complex consists in 3 buildings with different height

regimes (2U+G+20F, 2U+G+8F, 2U+G+6F) and the
underground parking area is shared by the three buildings.
The slurry walls were executed by means of a Lebherr 845
machine with cable-actuated excavating head. The joining is
of circular type, using metal tubing. The piles were drilled
with a IMT AF 18s machine, using bentonitic mud to support
the excavation.
