HOUSE RENT AGREEMENT

THIS DEED OF HOUSE RENT AGREEMENT IS MADE AT CUTTACK


ON 3 rd DAY OF JANUARY, 2016
BETWEEN
SANATA KUMAR SAHOO, aged about 39 years, S/o-Pratap Sahoo, Shivaji Nagar,
Tulasipur, Satichaura, Dist-Cuttack, 753008, Odisha, (hereinafter called the House Owner
on the First Part)
AND
DIGAMBAR PANDA, aged about 60 years, S/o- Sibaram Panda, Resident At-Jhadeswar
Kadei, Po- Uchapada, Via - Kotasahi, Dist-Cuttack-754022, Odisha, at present residing at
H/o- SANATA KUMAR SAHOO, aged about 39 years, S/o-Pratap Sahoo, Shivaji Nagar,
Tulasipur, Satichaura, Dist-Cuttack, 753008, Odisha, Odisha (Hereinafter called the
Tenant on the Other Part.).
WHEREAS, the second party will take part of building 2 nd Floor for his residential
purpose only.
WHEREAS, after considering the facts and circumstances, now both the parties
have decided to bind with an agreement as per following terms and conditions for avoiding
future misunderstanding between the parties.

Now this deed witnesseth:
1. That, this agreement shall commence from 3 rd DAY OF JANUARY, 2016.
2. That, the period of tenancy shall be for a period of 03 (Three) years with effect
from 3.01.2016 to 01.01.2019.
3. That, during this period of tenancy the tenant, shall pay per month rent of
Rs. 5500/- (Rupees Five Thousand five hundred) only per month, (Excluding
Electricity Charges) which shall be paid within the every month of the succeeding
month of the month for which the rent is due.
4. That, he shall use the let out premises for carrying out his residential Purpose only.
5. That, the Tenant shall not sublet, or sublease, or assign or otherwise part with
whole or part of the let out premises.
6. That, the security deposit amount of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) only
to the House owner as an interest free advance, refundable by the House Owner to
the Tenant.
7. That, the Tenant shall peacefully surrender the possession of the let out premises to
the House owner without any encumbrances.
8. That, the House owner shall permit the Tenant to enjoy, the peaceful occupation of
the let out premises without any disturbances or unlawful hindrances.
9. That, the House owner shall reserve the right to enter, inspect and carry out the
necessary maintenance at any time inside the let out premises, as may be required
or deemed necessary.
10. That, any advance notice of Two month needs to be served for unilateral
termination of the tenancy, shall be deemed to be accepted as served properly if the
said notice has been sent through registered post, at least one month advance, in
the address indicated in this agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF THE HOUSE OWNER AND THE TENANT HERETO HAVE
SIGNED THIS DEED ON THE DAY, DATE, MONTH AND YEAR FIRST ABOVE
WRITTEN, SIGNED, SEALED AND DELIVERED BY THE ABOVE NAMED HOUSE
OWNER IN THE PRESENCE OF THE FOLLWOING WITNESSES.
