Subject> Request for issuing direction to the ADG/HOO of the NABM, AIR/DO,
Delhi in the maHer of publication of fresh riotification for promotion to the post of
He/Assistant under the Departmental Examination quota during the current years
viz. 2014-15,2015-16,2016-17 and backlog vacancies.

Respected Sir,

It is humbly to bring to your notice that we had approached the ADG/HOO,

NABM, AIR/DD. Delhi with regard to the subject cited above vide letter dated
03.04.2017 (copy enclosed). However. even alter a lapse of consicierable time, no action
has yet been taken.

Accordingly. after exhausting the normal channel of remedies, we are approaching

you to kindly issue suitable direction to the ADG/HOO, NABM, AIR/DO, Delhi for
immediate action to avoid unnecessary litigation since eligible administrative staff is
deprived of his promotional avenues despite having clear cut backlog vacancies.
