Sub: Notice Inviting Quotation for Survey and Geotechnical Investigation works for the
Preparation of Detailed Project Report of Proposed Gargai Dam Project
1.0 Sealed quotations are hereby invited by the Project Director ,M&S Division,
WAPCOS Limited, 76-C, Sector-18, Gurgaon122015 (Haryana) (hereinafter referred
to as Employer) from reputed and experienced firms/companies/agencies (hereinafter
referred to as bidder).
2.0 Tender Document and Supporting can be downloaded for reference purpose from the
WAPCOS website (www.wapcos.co.in) till 23.02.2017 upto 15.00 hrs. Tender Processing
Fees of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousands only) for this package shall be deposited
along with the quotation in the form of Bank Draft. The Bank Draft shall be drawn in
favour of WAPCOS Ltd. payable at Gurgaon.

3.0 The bidder should have sufficient experience in Survey & Investigation Projects and
similar type of works and site conditions. The bidder shall furnish all the required documents
along with the eligibility criteria as stated in the Tender Document.

4.0 The offer(s) submitted by the bidder shall be valid for a period of 120 days from the date of
opening the quotations.
5.0 Earnest money amounting to Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh only) for this package shall
be deposited along with the quotation in the form of Bank Draft. The Bank Draft shall
be drawn in favour of WAPCOS Ltd. payable at Gurgaon.
6.0 The last date of receipt of quotations is 23rd February, 2017 up to 15.00 hrs.
7.0 Opening of bid date & venue will be intimated later. All the bids will be opened in the
presence of qualified bidders representatives who may like to be present.

8.0 Any queries regarding the tender document can be obtained during office working hours
from the address mentioned below on any working day till 23.02.2017 upto 15:00 hrs. The

9.0 Incomplete quotations, conditional quotation and quotations received without EMD and
quotation received after the stipulated time shall out rightly be rejected.

10.0 WAPCOS reserves the right to reject any one or all of the quotations without assigning any
reason thereof.
11.0 In case of any dispute in the award of work or terms & condition of award and execution of
works, the decision of CMD, WAPCOS is final and binding on all the parties.

12.0 If any firm, registered with MSME, they will be exempted from clause No. 2.0 and 5.0.
