process

How we do?

1.Confirmed the plan repeatedly, and if the schedule and service


commitment are not consistent with local situation, travel agency need to
change the itinerary until the plan is feasible;

2.Check whether the plan is consistent with the actual situation and if
there is any unexpected change of the promised service three days before
receiving the group.

3. Tour guides and tourists will check once again if the plan is consistent
Minimize tour guide complaints- strict employment,

How we do?

1.There are more than 30 fixed tour guides in our company, and half of

them are outstanding old Tibetan guides who were coming back from

overseas.They are all on duty from April to October. The guides are stable

and very familiar with the company's quality requirements, job

responsibilities and job specifications.

2. Local Tibetan manager without language barrier will take charge the tour guide
arrangement and daily
management. New tour guides and temporary guides must be interviewed. The company
will issue capacity
evaluation sheet and only these who meet the requirements of the position can lead
a group.
3. We will communicate the complaints cases and events timely by formal meetings,
training and WeChat
group to avoid the same problem.

How we do?

1. Reasonable authorization. No matter there is any changes, we will make


reasonable arrangement and
adjustment to complete the trip. Try our best not to cancel or give up if safety
permits, which needs tour guide
who can play a positive role in solving the problem in the work.
2. Strict reporting. Under special circumstances lead tour can not be completed,
cancel attractions and other
special cases, the tour guide should report it to the travel agency timely and
travel agency will offer
compensation scheme after negotiating with guests.
3. Rigorous record. Any changes to the itinerary must be left with written evidence
and obtain tourists
agreement.
4. Customer service manager should follow up the process of the tour.

What we do?

1.Give every guest a contact card of the tour guide. Tour guide needs to write his
own name, telephone
number, and customer manager's phone number on cards. The guide will also tell
tourists that if they have any
complaints or suggestions, they can call local customer service manager to get
timely solution.

2.If appointed by tour organizing agency, customer service manager can represent
them to interview VIP
guests to confirm more details, including answering questions, travel expectations
and so on.

Why do we run Join-in Group Tour?

In recent years, we have found that it is increasingly difficult for a


travel agency to organize tours that last for over 4 days with no more
than 3 tourists. The high cost and low purchasing ability of tourists
make the successful organization of tours seem hopeless.

To change the current situation, we attempted to design tours with


fixed dates and itineraries, and put around 10 tourists into the same
group with exact the same itinerary. We were surprised to find that
running group tour in this way was well received by the market and
gradually original travel routes expanded and the days of tour also
became longer. By doing so, individual foreign tourists found better
way to travel to Tibet with affordable price.

Now, on average tourists spend 6.5 days travelling in Tibet, with a


cost equivalent to a tour with 2-3 tourists. The cost of travel is cut
down over 40 percent. With smaller number of tour members and
reasonable price, they feel quite satisfied with this way of travel. So
far, Tibet Vista is the largest and most well-organized tour operator in
Tibet
