booming by an increase of 15%. However, we are currently faced by a recent dilemma, the proposal of
the bill on the Ban on Unli-Rice. Shoutout po to Cynthia Villar.
BODs: Omo ottoke! If the bill will be approved, how can we prevent the downfall of our sales from
happening?
Stockholder: Ne, ne. If this continues to go down gradually, how can we make sure that the company will
continue to provide a decent return on our investments?
Department Heads: Ah! Jjinja. I advise that we should advertise against the ban on unli-rice. We should
continue providing unli-rice to our customers since it gives the company a great return on our sales.
BODs: I suggest we invite Cynthia Villar to experience our concept of unli-rice maybe it can change her
mind.

II. Submission of FS to the public [WORK IN PROCESS PA THIS!!!!!!! T_____T]
Department Heads: Attention for those interested, we have recently released our financial statements
for the year. You may view it in our website or grab a copy at the Securities and Exchange Commission
SEC: So your company is in compliance with the laws and regulations
Labor Unions: if they will receive higher wages or better benefits. use Financial Statements for assessing
the company's profitability and its consequence on their future remuneration and job security.
Creditors: able to repay a loan, plus interest?
Suppliers: need Financial Statements to assess the credit worthiness of a business and ascertain whether
to supply goods on credit. Suppliers need to know if they will be repaid. Terms of credit are set according
to the assessment of their customers' financial health.
Competitors: compare their performance with rival companies to learn and develop strategies to improve
their competitiveness.
Potential Investors: need Financial Statements to assess the viability of investing in a company. Investors
may predict future dividends based on the profits disclosed in the Financial Statements. Furthermore,
risks associated with the investment may be gauged from the Financial Statements. For instance,
fluctuating profits indicate higher risk. Therefore, Financial Statements provide a basis for the investment
decisions of potential investors.
Customers: I want them to cater the rice for my rice party, can the supplier still supply them? Customers
want to have a reliable source.
BIR: Are they paying the right taxes?
