JOINT-AFFIDAVIT OF DISCREPANCY

WE, PACITA B. VIDAL, Filipino, of legal age and resident of Sanaka Ilano
Comp. H-2, Dasmarias City of Cavite and CARMEN N. LOCAAS, Filipino, of
legal age, and resident of same address, after being duly sworn to in accordance
with law, depose and state: That - -

1. We personally know NERISA DELOS REYES as the daughter of

LOLITA L. DELOS REYES being our close family friends and neighbor for a long
period of time;

2. We also know for fact that she was born on January 2, 1969 at
Manila;

3. Unfortunately, when she secured a copy of her Certificate of Live

Birth issued by National Statistics Office, her name was registered as MA. NERISA
DELOS REYES instead of NERISA DELOS REYES which she has been using in
all of her legal documents.

4. Through this affidavit we hereby declare under oath that her true
and correct name is NERISA DELOS REYES and also know for a fact that MA.
NERISA DELOS REYES and NERISA DELOS REYES was the same person.

5. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity

of the foregoing and for whatever legal purpose the same may serve;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this 5th
