that you have been chosen to be part of the ASSETs 13th Governing Council for the school year
2017-2018.

The process of screening is contingent upon personal scrutiny of the current officers of ASSETs
Governing Council and you have been recommended to be an official officer for exemplifying
excellence, leadership and values that ASSET firmly upholds.

Attached herein are the constitutional duties of the offered position. And with your acceptance,
great enthusiasm and passion for service, comes with responsibilities & duties that each officer
must wholeheartedly comply:
Uphold and maintain the good will and principles of ASSET
Help the party attain its mission, vision, and objectives
Conform to the constitutional duties and exude Thomasian leadership
Pay a contribution of Php 200.00 each month for regulation of funds allotted for the events
Actively participate and attend in executive meetings, special meetings and emergency
meetings set by the Chairman
