Using BOS/e TIN Application Report

OVERVIEW

This component creates a report containing the list of employees with no available Tax Identification
Number (TIN) in the Masterfile. The said report is used to identify which employee needs to be
applied for TIN.

Steps in Running the BOS/e TIN Application Report

1. On the BOS/e Desktop (see Figure 1.1), click the [+] sign beside the folder of Business
Operating System for the Enterprise, then beside the folder of BOS/e PeopleWARE and
BOS/e PeopleWARE HR Reports. To open the BOS/e TIN Application Report, you can
either right-click its name on the left panel then click on the Run Component button that will
appear or double-click it on the right panel of the window.

2. The BOS/e TIN Application window will appear.

Generating and Printing BOS/e TIN Application Report

Steps:
1. Run the BOS/e TIN Application Report. Refer to Figure 1.2

2. Sort and filter the data that will be displayed on the report by using the tabs available on the
BOS/e TIN Application Report window.

a. The Setting tab displays the list of the employees without TIN numbers.

b. The Grouping tab enables you to group and sort your data. If you want the data or
employees in the report to be grouped, select one of the options available on the Group
List box. To sort the data, select one of the options available on the Sort List box.

c. The Filter Record tab allows you to filter employees to be displayed on the report based
on your preferred category or condition. To do this, click the Filter Record tab then click
Filter Record. On the Reports window, select your desired condition. You can use more
than 1 condition by using the Join Operator. Click OK once you're done.

3. Once you're done setting the grouping and filtering of data, select the employee who will
certify the report by clicking Certified By under the Setting tab.

4. Click Proceed to generate the Print Preview of the report.

5. The BOS/e TIN Application Report will now generate a report and is ready to be printed.

6. To print the report, click the Print icon on the menu bar.
