1. Introduction

About Ujjwala KYC Offline Application

Ujjwala KYC Offline Application provides facility to fill KYC form in offline mode. In this
application distributor can import SECC URBAN and RURAL data from web. After importing the
data, user can search applicants details by extensive search criteria and then fill KYC form.
After filling KYC form, distributor can export all filled form on web for processing.

Ujjwala KYC Offline Application.
2. User Interface
2.1 Access to user Interface

Ujjwala KYC Offline Application is accessible in several ways:

double-click the Ujjwala KYC Offline Application tray icon

double-click the Ujjwala KYC Offline Application icon on the desktop
from the menu Start / All Programs / Ujjwala KYC Offline Application / Ujjwala KYC

2.2 Ujjwala KYC Offline Application

Distributor Login-

This module is used for Distributor login. In this module, distributor need to provide Distributor code
and password same as provided for web login. After successfully login, distributor can perform various
operations which are given in below document. For login process, Internet is required.

Step -

1. Open Ujjwala KYC Offline Application.

2. Enter Distributor code and password same as on web.
3. You can configure proxy details. By clicking Proxy settings option as given below screenshot.
After successfully logged in, Ujjwala KYC Offline Application, there are 5 menu options. Find below menu
option

1. Import Data.
2. KYC
3. Export Data
4. Reports
5. Settings

Below screenshot shows Main windows and its menu option.

2.3 Import Data

Import from Web

This module provides facility to import URBAN and RURAL data from web. In this module,
distributor can select particular Tehsil and start downloading process. Download process is
asynchronous process. User can work on other module simultaneously.

Step -

4. Open Ujjwala KYC Offline Application.

5. Open Import from web option under the Import Data menu.
2.4 Fill KYC Form

In this module, distributor can search applicants details from various search criteria. After searching the
applicants details. Distributor can start filling KYC form of selected candidate. KYC form facility only for
Female candidate.

Step-

1. Open Ujjwala KYC Offline Application.

2. Click on KYC Form option from KYC menu in top panel.
3. Enter search criteria to get desired result.
4. After searching the applicants detail. Double click on selected applicants record and
start form filling process.

KYC Form- After selecting particular applicants record. Double click on selected record then KYC form
will open. See below screenshot
2.5 Download SECC File

In this module, distributor can download RURAL and URBAN SECC data from web. Distributor can
download all SECC data from their respective Tehsil.

Step-

1. Open Ujjwala KYC Offline Application.

2. Click on Download SECC file option under the KYC menu in top panel.
3. Download respective files from list.
2.6 Export Data

In this module, distributor can export all filled form on web. In this module, Internet connectivity is
required.

Step-

1. Open Ujjwala KYC Offline Application.

2. Click on Export KYC Form option under the Export Data menu in top panel.
3. Click on Export Form Data to start exporting process.
2.7 Saved KYC

In this module, distributor can view and edit all saved KYC form. Distributor can only edit KYC form
before exporting on web. Once it is exported, edit facility will not be available on form.

Step-

1. Open Ujjwala KYC Offline Application.

2. Click on Saved KYC Form option under the Reports menu in top panel.
3. Click on Edit button of respective Form to modify form data.
2.8 Proxy Setting

In this module, distributor can set internet proxy setting for internet connectivity on PC.

Step-

1. Open Ujjwala KYC Offline Application.

2. Click on Proxy setting Form option under the Settings menu in top panel.
2.9 Check for new version

In this module, distributor can check new version of software.

Step-

1. Open Ujjwala KYC Offline Application.

2. Click on Check for new version option under the Settings menu in top panel.
2.10 About Us

This module shows information about application.

Step-

1. Open Ujjwala KYC Offline Application.

2. Click on About Us menu in top panel.
